Im not surpised about what the Lsu defense has done; Matt flynn has played really well and Im surprised the way Miami defense has allowed Addai to run on them so much. SEC rules besides the gamecocks collapse against Mizzou.

What a disgrace. Thank God I didn't go to this game like I was planning to do.

Coker must go.

I thought this would be the most even match of the bowl games. Wow. Miami must have watched ASU - they can't tackle worth a damn tonight. I thought Russell had made so much progress as a QB this year that it would be hard for Flynn to step in and get the offense going. Guess I'm not as smart as I thought I was.

The thing that is the funniest is the Espn game tracker has the little memo saying this is a upset watch yet i would call it a complete domination and beatdown. lol

You mean victorious ASU, right?;D

Very surprising outcome, expected a pretty low-scoring game. What happened in the tunnel after the game? Was it a brawl between the two teams?

Wow. Im glad I didnt get to see this game. Just got back from Vegas. Cant say im surprised that we lost, although the score surprises me. I knew this staff wasnt worth a ****, but this is a new low.

Think this might mark the end of Coker?

Hopefully. I have been clamoring for Coker's firing for some time now, even in the afterglow of the VT win. He is a GREAT person, but is not fit to be the football coach at Miami. Perhaps being utterly humiliated (again) will finally show Donna Shalala and Paul Dee that Coker must go...immediately. They were stupid enough to give him an extension this year despite a large portion of the fans not being pleased with the program. Very stupid move. But now, maybe they will bite the bullet, because this is just too much.

Canes get knocked out during AND after the game. I guess karma comes full circle. Canes used to field a team of thugs that could ball. Now they field just plain thugs.

End of an era.

If you had half a brain you'd realize that my comment wasnt based on your interpretation of the state of the program but rather you ignorant (not surprising for a stanford fan) assertion that because there was a fight in the tunnel, Miami players were necessarily the "thugs". Yep, the Canes were sure thugs alright, given that it was the LSU officials who apologized for the incident since one of the players grabbed the football out of Jon Beason's hand and ran off with it. Yep, the Canes are the thugs...its ofcourse irrelevant that it was Miami players who were knocked out and no LSU players.

Look, if you want to be a jackass thats fine. What I dont like is you snaking in the grass coming out only at the most hypocritical times. You sure do your Coral Gables based family proud. Go to hell.

They're not nearly as bad as they used to be, especially during the Erickson years. I'll give the current staff credit in that they've managed to instill some discipline in that program. They have their "bad apples" pop up now and then, but so does every school.

Holy ****, did I just defend Miami?!? Man I need a shower :sickortir

Wow, I very disappointed with the defense play of Miami, doesn't say much about strength of ACC when one of the better teams gets humiliated like that. Really liked how Addus and Flynn played last night.

I don't know why, but some of the Miami players just didn't want to play. Harris who earlier looked like a mid first round choice looked terrible. Teh receiver (Leggett?) quit on every route and was pointing fingers. I missed the last quarter, but I don't think the TE caught a pass. The only guy that seemed to have any spark was the young, tall DE 98 I think.

It really is too bad that Miami developed the reputation as thugs, because for the last ten years they have not been thugs for the most part, but everyone that plays against them thinks they have to start fights to prove their manhood. Saw it tonight again.

I couldn't believe Flynn and Adddaii had the game they did. I was very impressed by Wroten and the other DT. Other than Ngata, Wroten is the only DT I have seen of the big names that seems to be able to rush the passer. He was lined up over the center for most of the game and really made the push up the middle.

Sounds Like a FINE CHOICE for one of our 1st rounders. Any Idea on how big the guy actually is?

As much as I enjoyed seeing Miami get whupped, I heartily concur with the Smelvin going and ****ing himself sentiment.

Wroten was going to us in a lot of mock drafts, before the stupid Redskins went on that winning streak.
