I can't remember who was involved with the discussion a few months ago, but the show Lost was mentioned, and I said that I thought the premise of it looked sort of stupid.

Well, I owe a debt of gratitude to whomever it was that recommended I watch it. That show is awesome! We just finished the first season, and I am downloading the second season now. If you haven't watched it, do yourself a favor and go rent it - just a great show!

No kidding. Although with Lost, it gave us time to be able to catch up on the first season and a half, so that's been good.

It's the same thing with My Name is Earl and The Office on NBC. They had their Christmas specials the first week in December, and then started promoting the move to Thursday nights for the first of the year. Bastards!

With DH, I wonder how long it will be before it jumps the shark. We have watched it religiously, and I already find myself getting less excited about watching it than when it first started.

Hmmm, good question about DH. As long as they have Eva Longoria on there in all her sexy costumes it´s gonna be hard to stop watching. I also like Marcia Cross from an acting standpoint. Season 1 had a wonderful story as everyone wanted to know what Mary Alice did to kill herself and it started off with a bang. First episode of a new show and the first thing you see is how someone puts a gun to his head and pulls the trigger. WOW. That kept you watching. This season so far doesn´t have an as interesting story. You´ve got Mrs. Applewhite, her son and the prisoner in their basement and it´d be nice to find out what´s the story here, but it´s not as interesting as Mary Alice´s story. You´ve got Bree and her retarded son who hates her and that´s pretty much it. Lynette´s husband has some dirty laundry as well, I bet. Do you remember when they were arguing why he was doing so many business trips to the West Coast in Season 1? I think he has a child there or something.

Oh, and 24 is back in January. I love it when they show something uninterrupted.

Eva Longoria just doesn't do it for me. She used to, but her character is such a ugly person, it makes her ugly, in my opinion.

I actually think Lynette is kind of a babe. Bree, too.

I don't know if you are into reality tv much, but Project Runway on Bravo is pretty good. The premise is that they have 16 designers and 16 models, and the designers have different tasks every week. Well, the designers are mostly flamboyantly gay, and it's thoroughly entertaining to watch them interact with each other. And some of the models are babes, so that's a plus. I think it's Wednesday night at 8MST on Bravo. You should try it.
