Planning ahead to our Home Divisional Playoff game, I have a good feeling that the Broncos will be playing on Saturday Night January 14, 2005. The reason is this: FOX and CBS rotate time slots every year for the 3 playoff rounds. This year CBS has the 8:00pm (EST) Saturday Night game and it has the 1:00pm(EST) Sunday Afternoon game. I am pretty sure they will not put Denver on at 1:00(EST) or 11:00am (MST)- that slot will go to the Colts; therefore, it looks like a Primetime Saturday Night Playoff game in Mile High....should be a great atmosphere and a great night........

philly was the nfc #1 last year and played on Sunday.
philly was the nfc #1 in 2003 and played on Sunday.
oakland was the afc #1 in 2002 and played on Sunday.
etc.
the point being: one #1 seed plays on saturday, and the other on sunday.
both #1 teams get the night games though, so Denver is a lock for a 1pm or 4pm game.

That would be great considering the lengthy drive may diehard Broncos' fans make to go to a game.

Bring on the Snow!
No way I want to see snow. Denver doesn't seem to play too well in the snow.

If we play Jacksonville I'd sure love to see snow.
Edit: wait, is it even possible for us to play Jacksonville?

I've said it before, ad nauseum, but there are always a few dummies who just don't get it.
If you root for bad weather, you are a nimrod.
Since I have been a fan, our home winning percentage is around .800 in good or normal weather. Our home record in bad weather is about .400. Those are accurate numbers; why would anyone want bad weather??
You NEVER root for bad weather if you are a better football team.
