OU vs. Oregon any thoughts?

I think its going to be a close game. Historically, the Holiday Bowl brings the best of both teams. Oklahoma's young talent put it together down the stretch. Oregon has an explosive offense but we'll see how they play without Kellen Clemens. They still have a great corps of skill position players like Demetrius Williams, Tim Day, Jonathan Stewart and Terrance Whitehead to help out their backup.
Even though I am pulling for the Ducks, I pick Oklahoma in an upset.

I try not to think much anymore. According the folks over on the main board, my opinions are biased and I think I am better than everyone else...
I really don't know about this game...hopefully it will be entertaining.

Ducks. They played USC tough, and OU wasn't even able to do that last year.
BTW I think losing Long will help the Sooners. Not every first down is going to be a run up the middle. You might actually see some play action.

UO played USC tough for a half. They gave up 45 points in the second half and didnt score any. I like OU a lot in this game for the "upset". They have really come together down the stretch and I think Bomar will have a break out game.

Oregon was the one bubble teams that didn't make a BCS bowl, and are looking for some respect after that.
On the other hand, Cal was in the same position last year and got absolutely manhandled by Texas Tech, so you never know what is going to happen in this game.
I personally think that OU wins this one handily, the Big 12 and Pac are both down this year, but OU picked it up at the end after a horrific start for their standards, and I see them going into this one and coming out with a 2 TD win.

If history holds true, this will be a kick-ass game. This seems to be the most consistently entertaining bowl games. I don't expect either team to roll over the other, but if forced to choose, I'll go with the quackers.

I haven't seen the Ducks all year, but I will help Rueben out and cheer for them.

With a healthy Peterson and a improved Bomar Sooners win. The Ducks are overrated IMO.

I think every team except for USC is over-rated in the Pac 10
of course you could say the same thing about the Big 12 sans Texas
but, with Nebraska somehow winning last night, that put more creedeance into the Big 12

Oregon got killed by USC 45-13
but managed to hang with them for a half, something not too many teams achieved this season

I think every team until UCLA hung with USC until the 3rd quarter....well and Arkansas
USC is kind of a lazy team, they don't want to start working until the 3rd quarter when teams play them close, they think they can turn it on at any time
which could be their downfall against a pretty good Texas team
Oregon is ok though, so is OU, should be a good game

Peterson played like a chump and his backup looked good. I was at teh game and it was great. The D's were both really good aznd Brady Leif didn't look to bad either.
