Offensive MVP: Rod Smith/Jake Plummer

Buffalo dared Jake to beat them, and he did with Rod's help. Jake managed the game well, and had some unreal throws. Sterling Sharpe said Jake made two of the best throws he's ever seen. Lelie made one of the best catches of the year that was huge. Over 400 yards and the running game got going!

Defensive MVP: Nobody stood out to me. We were solid as a unit. Shanny said they mixed up things on offense and showed us a bunch of stuff they hadn't seen on film. He was proud of the defense.

Special teams MVP: Keith Burns. Recovered a fumble on a punt return and had some nice tackles. The rest of our special teams sucked. Kickoff coverage was horrible, punts were awful, punt returns were a joke. We did cover up an onside kick.

We easily could have been down 21 to 3 at halftime. That was the worst first half all year. First time a team scored a td on us on the opening drive. We survived the first half thanks to a lucky tipped pass that went to Smith for a TD.

A win on the road against a team that has nothing to lose is always big. Root for SD to lose to INDY!

Kudios to Wesley Duke. Is he the next Antonio Gates? Please Lord let it be.
