This can be moved, but this doctor has been incredibly dedicated...
Anyone who bashes Iowans is insane and i will throw a corn cob at ya...
In Iowa, Groben spends his days reading high-tech scans, which cost hundreds of dollars apiece and sometimes have been ordered for minor complaints. Here, he has the chance to turn lives around with a few dollars' worth of medicine and a paperback copy of "The Travel and Tropical Medicine Manual" stashed in his backpack.
BTW, If you were wondering where Timbucto was, you found it...literally. I thought it was a joke, but this is it...

My brother in law from Wisconsin spent three years in Mali for the State Dept. as an Agriculture consultant. He has lived in Southern Asia for most of the last 30 years. He was one of the first US civilians into Afganistan after we invaded. He was there to figure out what they could grow quicky to stop erosion from the bombings. He said he preferred Afganistan during a war to Mali.

18 mil in Hawaii? That's small potatoes in Missouri...Oh...you might of meant millions, not mils...as in .1 cent
18 mils in Chef land gets you 1.8 cents...a tidy sum for the area...
It might even finance local reconstruction, with about 2 B in federal dollars to supplement it...
it is 10,000 hecteres, not small.
