From the post Heisman presentation party. He didn't win it this year, but it certainly does not suck to be Matt Leinart.

Not bad at all. Although as Mock says, the one on the right has the look of a real bitch.

Now that you mention it, where's Leinart's wingman? That gal looks pissed, someone needs to jump on the grenade.

The one with the drink in her hand scares me. How would you like to be Leinhart's wingman on that. I don't think there is enough alcohol to make that look good. Maybe some Crack and Crystal meth would help.

The one on the right looks like she could toss that tumbler right into your forehead filled with 151 Bacardi...
I agree...get a rope to tame that one...she doesn't look domesticated...

it's tough being a celeb....my heart bleeds for him...having women attack him left and right....
funny thing is, the craftiest one will probably get him then divorce him and get about 30 million...
The one of the right is thinking:
"Damn, I wanted to be the one to divorce the bastard...."

Leinart is one of the smartest people alive....Hanging around LA as a super hero for an extra year was certainly a wise move that few others would have been able make. He probably needs a morning IV to replace all the fluids he is spilling every night on smoking hot chics. And a year later he will still get his money and will be able to look back down the road and remember this being the greatest year of his life. Definitely better than being in SF and getting killed every Sunday while losing every week.

I think we should trade all our draft picks to move up to get him, ya know kinda like Ditka did for Ricky Williams. We have GOT to get us a Quarterback!

Uh, he didn't come back to be a "super hero" in LA he came back because he had an injury that would have dropped him in the draft had he come out. So he made a business decision to stay in school and TRY to let the injury questions subside. There is a big difference between being a top five pick and a bottom first rounder.

Nick Lachey moves in with Leinhart...and this is ok with people? If he is trying to get a sense of Jessica...he is traveling the wrong road...

He had some minor issue with his shoulder I believe but most all accounts I had read from scouts and news sources that it wasn't serious and probably wouldn't keep him from being the top overall pick had he came out. I didn't read nor hear a single comment about him falling out of the top part of the draft because of it.

Leinart said it himself in an interview on the Best Damn Sports Show Period about a month ago. Rodney Peete asked him what made him decide to come back to USC and he said he came back "due to the injury AND the chance at history."
Now, I love history as much as the next guy, but when you have accomplished EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE at the college level, winning two national championships AND the Heisman award, I doubt he would have given up the chance of being the Number One player selected in the NFL draft to take ballroom dancing and trying to win a third national championship.
He was injured and he knew it and the people advising him knew it.

I'm sure dropping from #1 to #2 in the draft was his reason for coming back...

" The first thing you notice about Leinart are the intangibles. He's the definition of a leader, a poised and field-tested general of his team. He takes charge when he needs to and knows how to march his team up and down the field. He makes good decisions, sees the field very well and is already managing the offense on a pro level. He can make line calls, read a defense and audible with ease. Has progressed every year as a football player and since off-season surgery has become more mobile and can move around some. His arm is unquestioned now that off-season shoulder surgery cleaned it up. He has great touch on the deep ball and is dead on accurate across the middle and on outs. He can throw into traffic, but does a great job of checking down so that he doesn't have to force throws. Shows good touch on fades and enough velocity to throw the ball on a line when he has to. Knows and understands how to lead his receiver and doesn't leave his men hanging. His football intelligence seems unrivaled at the college level. He is the most complete quarterback prospect since Peyton Manning and might be above him. "
Yea, I think he failed to mention this during his press conference when he was returning to USC.
It brings a tear to your eyes when he said, "You know, the millions of the NFL doesn't match hanging out with your friends and playing football at USC." Bravo!

Definitely makes sense and a good decision if he wasn't going to be able to throw the ball very well for workouts.
He will look back years from now thinking it was a blessing after the year he has had on and off the field. That said it will probably cost him a couple dollars as he will now probably be picked anywhere from 2 to 10 overall versus #1 overall last year without Bush. But it don't think we will need to pass around a collection plate for the poor kid.

Forget the cash. Assuming Hou and SF are one and two, Hou picks bush and SF trades down, and Lionheart might end up with a not totally sucky team.
btw, he's obviously so drunk that sex with him will not be a treat, yet the chick's gonna do him, and she looks like she's making decisions from a not falling down drunk standpoint. Never ceases to amaze me.
