Updating previous reports, the Associated Press reports Buffalo Bills QB J.P. Losman (shoulder) missed practice Tuesday, Dec. 13, with a right shoulder injury. The injury could force him to miss the Bills' Week 15 game. Head coach Mike Mularkey said Losman will undergo an MRI. "We'll make a decision (Dec. 14)," Mularkey said. Mularkey said Losman was injured early in the first quarter of the team's Week 14 game. "I don't think it's going to be real bad," Mularkey said. "We just want to double check and make sure he is OK, and check on his status tomorrow." Also, Losman's left leg was heavily wrapped from groin to ankle at practice. If he can't play, QB Kelly Holcomb would start in his place.

Was looking foward to seeing Champ snag one maybe two Int's of Losman.

Isn't Holcomb hurting, too?

I'm not so sure it hurts us in a bad way. The Bills line is poor and only get worse as the season progresses. Losman can run and we've had some problems with running QB's the past few years (Vick, Stewart come to mind!). If Coyer will pull his head out of his ass and send some heat it could be an even better match up for us... Holcomb allows us to blitz more effectively, it's just up to Coyer to call the play!!!

I wonder how injured Losman really is. Maybe it's just an excuse to put Holcomb in.

I agree, Holcomb replacing Losman brings back bad memories of Van Pelt coming in for an injured Collins back in 1997.

Boller feel on the ground and took a nap and still had time to get back up run around and throw a perfect pass to us in the end zone. All this behind a crappy line. I'm not saying our Dline blows but someone needs to light a fire under their ass, because Boller never should have gotten that throw off. Maybe it was just part of the game plan, let Boller throw the ball :homer: and we would just pick it off. Yeah thats it.

I've had to watch this crap team all year long and lemme tell you...Loseman or Holcomb, it really won't make much difference, Buffalo is a very bad team, end of story.

All karma and superstition aside.....anyone worried about this game needs their head examined.

i agree. Controlling the clock is key to the win.

holcombe may be rusty so maybe we will be better off. Besides some just dumb mistakes Losman has thrown some very accurate balls.

Holcombe has stunk it up this yr as well. That is why they stuck with JP even though he is not playing particularly well. Neither QB is a threat. The Bills are a poor team, their running game has stank of late, their coaching is a joke...

Denver is going to have to work hard to lose this game.

PS the Bills made NE look like NE of old. They were not even able to score into double digits even though NE's D has some serious issues this yr.

A pick from Holcombe is just as fine as one from Losman. Who cares. At the worst the Donks have a Baltimore Ravens redux...but most likely they win by about 10 points...then they get serious for the Fade, and the 'Diego.

A good season to be Donks fans...for sure.

If thats was the gameplan it was horrible, all Pryce ever needed to do was blink at Boller and Boller dropped the ball instantly.

Exactly. Holcomb has been known to get hot and pop off a 400 yard game or two in the past . . .

What I'm throwing down is truth. I'm stuck watching this team every Sunday and it's like Merlin said: "Denver is going to have to work hard to lose this game."

Simply put, if mojo is needed for this game, we're in serious trouble.

True, but Denver travels to the east coast in cold weather worse than a lobsters chances on a flatbed in Arizona in July....

No matter which QB Buffalo starts, he can't possibly be as bad as Boller was last week. I'm still in awe over his ineptitude. If there was a pro bowl for the worst starters in the league, Boller would be running away with the vote.

Agreed. But it depends on which Holcombe shoes up to play. Seems that he either has a great day or a terrible day. But then again our D should be able to take care of either one.

Instead of losing 89-0 with Losman under center, we're now going to lose 146-0. Everybody knows that Kelly Holcombe deserves Pro Bowl consideration...;)

Not playing against Lossman is a bummer. If this team is a playoff team then we shouldn't be too worried about Kelly freaking Holcomb! :)

How nice would it have been for the defense to play back to back games against Boller and Lossman... Talk about padding your defensive stats!
