NFL Network - Ed McCaffrey is training Jeremy Bloom

Adam Schefter just reported on NFL Network (Sat 4 pm Pacific) that Ed McCaffrey has been training and coaching Jeremy Bloom recently . . . at Dove Valley!

Apparently Bloom is taking a break from training for the Turin 2006 Olympic Games to work out and train for the NFL Combines in 4 months. McCaffrey told Schefter that Bloom is very serious, and will agressively enter the NFL Draft.

So much for the Broncos sneaking him in as a UFA . . .

I used to listen to NPR in the morning, but I've gotta tell you - I've fallen in LOVE with Stephanie Miller on AirAmerica. It's the funniest show I've ever heard. Really, it's a scream - she has a voice-impressionist who does a spot-on Bill O'Reilly and many others. Every morning she says a prayer that O'Reilley will add her to his "enemies list" so she can get publicity for her show . . . the organ starts playing . . . "Dear Lord, this is Stephanie. Please, Lord. Have Bill O'Reilley add me to his list." Too too too funny. And the voice guy does a Darth Vader for Cheney, complete with Star Wars music, heavy respirator and JAmes Earl Jones sound. DON'T MISS IT! 7am -10 Mountain time!
