He made a throw that was NFL caliber...he looks like a true NFL QB...he's DIV2 but i was quite impressed...I saw some NFL skills...

He goes to my college, Northwest Missouri State. He's broken tons of passing records but I'm sure won't get a 2nd look. I'm guessing watermock that you saw the D2 national championship game?
