"We are losing the war in Iraq"...Howard Dean...listen you traitor, your not being a patriot, your trying to create dissent in our country...I went ballistic...EVEN WHEN CHRUCHILL'S LONDON WAS BURNING DOWN HE DIDN'T CONCEDE DEFEAT...
This can be moved, but that isn't helpfull...I'm incredibly pissed at those two morons Kerry and Dean...they don't care about winning the war on terror, they just want to critique...
This is right after we killed the #3 Al Queda man and the Sunnis are coming to the table before elections...
You don't think that Al Jezerra posts these comments? It's like the dems WANT us to lose the war...in WW2 everyone got together and got the job done...if they want to critique US policy you do it in session, not on the media...I'm incredibly pissed...you don't validate political assasination on the media and give it to the enemy...God I'm mad at those mrons...they are going to cost lives...
The comments of Kerry are equally offensive to our armed forces...Howie Dean needs to be strung up for treason...i never said mistakes have not been made, but that stuff is done behind doors...

STFU...the bullcrap about Bush going AWOL was proven to be more hogwash...you don't want to see the truth...and want to know why it's posted here? Because LABF took over the war room...thats why...noone goes there...If noone is outraged when Howard Dean says we are losing the war in Iraq whatever...I just know noone goes to the war room...
The liberal indignation is also amusing...how dare me post the rediculous behaviour of supposed leaders

Not picking sides in this, but at least get the facts right ok? Lots of presidents havent served.
Jefferson, Hoover, FDR, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Coolidge, Harding, Wilson, Taft, and Bill Clinton.
So, you have guys like Jefferson and Adams, part of the list of founding fathers, who didnt serve. Guys like Hoover and FDR who were involved in a very touchy time in US and world history.
Im not taking sides one way or the other, but maybe you should at least do a little fact checking.

Do some fact checking of your own and you'll find that Smirky McFlightsuit is the first pResident who went AWOL from a champagne ANG unit, who deserted during wartime, and who later, as pResident, sent American troops to die in a war based on deliberately trumped-up, cherry-picked, and forged 'intelligence.'

Yeah...Dean has let politicking cloud his better senses. The whole world propagates whatever information that we provide them. Our politicians should do that kind of talking behind closed doors. It's simply not prudent to add fuel to the resistance in the middle east. I know that some Democrats are obsessed with attacking Bush at any angle, but there are larger issues at stake here. We have essentially won this war and its just a matter of time before our troops withdraw en masse. If the Dems want change, they should use their resources to get some things done when the session doors close. Unfortunately I dont think that it matters any longer. Those guys will do whatever it takes to keep as much of their wealth and power in tact as they can. They would sell us to India if it meant keeping the status quo. There are really very few politicians that really have their constituents in mind, and they are neutered because no one else cares.
If our government was smart, they would destroy Al-Jazeera right now and begin building that nation up with other propaganda. That's all Al-Jazeera is anyway. Why not institute propaganda that would be effective? Why not waltz into those studios with cooperative Iraqis that are friendly to the new government and take the place?

My main problem with Dean is that the Dem's haven't come out and said WHAT they will/would do. But almost impossible to use the word coward when you have a man who sent over 2000 Americans to their death on points it appears he created and who uses his military record (why wasn't he in Vietnam?)when opportunities arise, yet no one can find them.

"Freedom" is propaganda. You know as well as I do that once we get the heck out of dodge, the Iraqi government will design their own civil rights laws and they'll be very different from what were used to. Their culture is outdated by western standards, so I'm sure that you'll see things go back nearly to the way they were.
Destroying and/or manipulating propaganda outlets has always been a very important part of winning a war. We have shackled ourselves by not taking over the propaganda outlets. Remember the Iraqi Minister of Information? "Were attacking New York!"...yeah...that guy. He was nothing but a propaganda mouthpeice for his government. Al Jazeera is nothing but a propaganda mouthpiece for that region's interests. They could care less about what is right or wrong they just want to manipulate their own people into thinking what they want them to think. Their people are very uneducated and unaware of what their own media is all about, so they have some serious control over the minds of middle easterners. It's unfortunate that some of our own have intentionally fueled their fire from our shores by creating blatant dissention in the public here. I blame our irresponsible news media for that. If they were concerned about winning the war and not politicking for the next presidential election, they would be much more responsible with their stories.
I think that this attitude amongst politicians and their PAC's will ultimately destroy America. Once the jobs get shipped overseas, there wont be anything left of us.

They wouldnt know the difference. If you tell a lie enough times, it becomes the truth. Our government knows how to work that angle. There are military professionals who perform those duties.
I know enough poor Iraqis to know that it doesnt take much to get them convinced as long as you are intentional and deliberate with what you say and who says it. Would it really be that difficult to buy Iraqis to disseminate propaganda? Not if they are blowing themselves up for chump change and the hope of 72 virgins when the shrapnel rips their body into shreds.
I have no doubt that it works. If it worked against Germany, it will work against anyone.

How? And there won't be much of anyhting left to sell by the time this administration get finished. The U.S.will almost be a wholly owned subsidiary of China and the Saudis.

Actually, if you look at what Dean said about Iraq in 2003, he doesn't seem so nutty. "the admin decided to invade iraq, and that was decided regardless of womd worries." not a direct quote, but a paraphrase. People said he was a kook. He was right, by wolfowitz's and powell's own admissions.

Your party's (and Bush's) approval ratings are swirling the drain, your Congressional Majority Leader is under indictment for money laundering, your Senate Majority Leader is under investigation by the SEC for insider trading, your VP's chief of staff is under indictment for perjury and obstruction, your entire WH is still being investigated for crimes committed in outing a covert CIA operative, and you're worried about something Howard Dean is saying?

Ummm, Valerie Plane is not a covert operative, she was an analyst. Even the writer of the law said the law does not apply to her. Heck, her own husband already "outed" her before all this hype at one of his elitist shin-digs where he constantly introduced Valerie Plane as his '"CIA wife". As far as Tom Delay's problems. Well, his case is falling apart. The prosecuting DA, also a well know democratic activist who has a history of trying to indict political enemies, has seen most of the most serious charges thrown out and most likely the whole case is going up in smoke.
Try again LABF, eventually if you throw enough **** against a wall some of it will stick. Long live C(h)oward Dean!!

Looks like somebody's been reading his RNC talking points.
Um, FYI, Einstein, the CIA asked for the Plame investigation in the first place.
Do you honestly believe the agency would do such a thing if Plame wasn't a covert op?
As far as Tom Delay's problems. Well, his case is falling apart.
Wrong again.
The judge just upheld the money laundering charges (the more serious charges) against Roach Boy.
The prosecuting DA, also a well know democratic activist who has a history of trying to indict political enemies, has seen most of the most serious charges thrown out and most likely the whole case is going up in smoke.
Strike three.
The overwhelming majority of political figures the prosecutor has indicted throughout his career have been Democrats.
