No kidding man. I still remember the game at Mile High against Green Bay. That was a nice snow storm!

I'd like to see the Colts play in something like this.

I'd like to see the Colts play in something like this. They beat us in the snow back in 2002.

If any team needs to prove they can play in the snow it's the Broncos, especially when we wear orange jerseys.

What a drive by the Seahawks.

They're the class of the NFC, IMO (and would be in a dogfight to even make the playoffs in the AFC).

It's never good when two of your starting skill position players are from Rutgers (though L.J. Smith is good).

Football in the snow does rule, except when one teams hangs 35 points in one half on the opposition, who's offense answers back with the big goose egg on the scoreboard.

ESPN seriously needs to stop showing figure skating during MNF... has there even been a good MNF game all year?

I think the crappy games have far outweighed the good ones this year.

That game was good for us... But even that game was 30-3 until garbage time..

Seriously, if somebody didn't care about the teams either way, just wanted to see a good game, MNF has not had many this season.

They aren't exactly going out with a bang huh? Hopefully ESPN will have better games next year.

We'll never have a perfect MNF schedule until we get a rotating schedule, or two games on 1 night, or something.

You can't really fault the NFL for it... This game, if Donovan was Healthy and TO wasn't crazy, would have been a great game... Same for the Vikes/Packers a couple weeks back, with no daunte, no javon walker, etc.

By the end of the year, it always happens, the games that should be huge games either turn out meaningless because both teams tanked, or bad because 1 team got decimated by injuries, etc, like tonight.

ANTHONY APOLOGIZES: An 11-year-old Denver girl went home Saturday with a Nuggets hat autographed by Carmelo Anthony, an autographed Earl Boykins jersey and no apparent bruises.

Late in the first half, Anthony became disgusted when called for charging and hurled the ball into the stands. It hit the head of Taylor Alexander, seated in the front row.

"It hurt a little," said Taylor, who didn't need medical attention.

At the end of the first half and after the game, Anthony spoke to Taylor. In addition to the signed hat, the Nuggets gave her a Boykins jersey because he's her favorite player.

"(Anthony) said he was really sorry," Taylor said. "He said he just got angry."

Anthony did not make himself available to reporters after the game. He could not be reached Sunday, when the Nuggets didn't practice.

Rick Alexander, Taylor's father, said Sunday she is "doing fine."

Vandeweghe said the Nuggets consider the incident closed. He called it an accident and said Anthony handled the aftermath appropriately.

Boykins is her favorite player? I suddenly don't feel so bad about her getting hit with the ball.

The whole situation was messed up. The refs didn't see it, but you woulda thought they would have made a bigger deal out of it... I know he was frustrated, but you can't just hurl a ball into the crowd at lightning speed.

But, as you said, I don't really feel bad. Boykins fan, that's just messed up.

I think he meant to hit the basket support. He kind of spun around and flung it, I don't think he was aware of where he was standing at the time.

It wasn't a very bright thing to do, but he went and personally apologized to the kid and signed her hat. She could have had one of his jerseys, but being an 11 year old girl, I guess she wanted one that would fit her and opted for Boykins instead. ;)

Well yeah, he obviously didn't mean to throw it into the crowd, as we've seen him throw the ball at the backstop before, but nontheless, I would have expected a fine or something.

Kids are so stupid, I blame the parents really. Tell the girl you'll buy her a Boykins jersey, make her get a Melo jersey, get it framed, and she'll have something that not only increases in value but she'll grow to appreciate.

In a somewhat related story, the jersey was Boykins game-worn jersey, which, as you stated, was her exact size.

Sunday nights haven't been great either. And to top it off, there's no Sopranos or Deadwood on!

HBO needs to bring those back, soon.
