As it is, it just furthers my belief that Denver fans are the most arrogant in the entire league.

Routinely get smacked down in a venue they hardly ever win at and yet some are predicting a fairly easy victory. Against a division rival. At their place. When they are 7-4 and still in playoff contention.

You'd think with the ferver that this board follows their Broncos they would have paid attention to what happens in the AFC West over the years. One fact remains. It is TOUGH to win on the road in the AFC West, especially when that rival is healthy and playing pretty decent. I have NEVER assumed KC would just walk into INVESCO and beat Denver even when KC is having a better season.

What quality team have you beaten in your house this year ? Maybe we are Peytons bitch...maybe not (THIS year) in the playoffs. At least we GET there fairly consistently.
When the Broncos had bad years in the past, I alsways took comfort if we at least beat the Raiders, Back then they were competitive, and it was OUR superbowl. Chiefs are now competitive and a win for us in Arrowhead is a rare thing, especailly in december or later. But for the chiefs, this week is the Game that defines your team. Lose and basically your out of the running. Win and you are still alive for the playoffs for real. If we lose it is NOT the end of post season hopes. We lose a game and still are in first place in the division, and for a first round bye.

Chiefs defense IS better, and statistically matches up pretty well with ours. I don't think were going to win this game easily. It will be hard fought, and close at the end. Could go either way. But KC is NOT gonna win in a rout. This bronco team is playing well, in all phases. So, we have a legitimate shot at winning in your house this year. And based on that and the fact that we have faced tough games all year and performed pretty well, both home and away, I think Denver will take this game.
The fact that it probably ends the Chiefs playoff hopes is just a bonus.:charge:

KC drops smack, because they dont have much else. It does not really matter either way what happens in this game, denver still leads the west. I dont think denver loses, too good, playing too well, had 10 days to prepare for kc, throw in wrinkles and concepts they have not seen this year. KC will have that first qtr surge from their fanbase, then reality will set in.

In short this is the chefs superbowl like every year which explains the moronic posts, just make fun of them and have fun. :thumbsup:

You guys are really a bunch of tools about saying this. The Broncos and the Raiders are obviously the Chiefs two big rivals. We get pumped for playing either one of those teams, and especially get pumped up every year when we play them at Arrowhead.

Additionally, since we have been sweeping the Raiders every year, the thrill has lessoned a bit. On the other hand, we keep splitting with Denver, so the rivalry is more interesting. It also helps that most Denver fans are extremely cocky, so it makes it that much sweeter when we beat you by 28+ points.

Futhermore, right now the Chiefs are 7-4 and on the edge of the WC race. As most Maners are quick to point out, the Chiefs NEED this win if we want to keep our playoff chances alive.

It would be much more accurate to say that this is a playoff game for KC. If we lose this game we are practically eliminated.

You guys are really a bunch of tools about saying this. The Broncos and the Raiders are obviously the Chiefs two big rivals. We get pumped for playing either one of those teams, and especially get pumped up every year when we play them at Arrowhead.

Additionally, since we have been sweeping the Raiders every year, the thrill has lessoned a bit. On the other hand, we keep splitting with Denver, so the rivalry is more interesting. It also helps that most Denver fans are extremely corky, so it makes it that much sweeter when we beat you by 28+ points.

Futhermore, right now the Chiefs are 7-4 and on the edge of the WC race. As most Maners are quick to point out, the Chiefs NEED this win if we want to keep our playoff chances alive.

It would be much more accurate to say that this is a playoff game for KC. If we lose this game we are practically eliminated.

You know, I really honestly don't hate the Chiefs that much ... nothing compared to the way I feel about the Raiders or Ratbirds, or even the Colts these days, but I am really praying that we murder KC this week, just to get rid of the forum pests for awhile.

Chiefs have always been a fun rivalry. There is nothing sweeter than listening to Chiefs fans squirming around trying to explain yet another painful loss. I have to comment the ones that stick around every year win or lose. You have to like a team that whips up on the Colts.

Chargers are like a little sister. You always feel you are supposed to beat them even if they are a better team. I wish they would whip up on the Colts.

Raiders...I can't stand the Raiders. They have no prayer of beating the Colts... ever.
