Can't say I'm dissapointed.
That was the worst officiated game I've ever watched, and I'm talking about both sides. There were calls that wen the Nuggets way that should never been called, and vice versa.
Terrible officiating. You breathe wrong and they were blowing the whistle.

Serious ****ing bull****. This is the first time I've EVER heard of a coach getting suspended for comments on officiating. What a load of crap.
this is where llama comes in and says that it's fair and legit because blah blah blah

You forgot the part about Melo sucking and the media hating Dirk.

Was he on the sidelines tonight?? Nuggs are struggling. 8-41 left in the 4th and they're down 86-78 minus Melo.

He's not allowed on the sidelines while suspended.

soccer coaches here usually sit in the stands with a walky talky and talk to their assistants when they´re suspended

The shocking thing to me was what he said. If you hadn't told me, "This is the part where he criticizes the officials," I almost wouldn't have caught it. He said that Vince Carter was flopping, and that it was his understanding that the officials were going to crack down on that. Was there something else?
I read some harsher comments he made the next day, when he complained about the touch fouls, and said, "That's a bunch of ****." But two games? It seems a bit harsh.
I think of the four major sports leagues, the NBA has the biggest issue with its officials. It's become a joke over the past ten years.

It's ****ing inconsistent. I have NO problem with the "let them play" late in the game, but there are times they'll call a tick-tack foul 30 seconds into the game, and then let it go 3 minutes later. Then they'll call it again in a few minutes. Just be consistent dammit. It's getting tiring.
BTW someone correct me if I'm wrong, but when Jeff Van Gundy, in the playoffs, suggested that the refs had a conspiracy to keep Houston from advancing, all he got was a $100K fine. Why is Karl getting suspended now? I didn't think JVG should be suspended and I certainly don't think Karl should. Fined, yes. Suspended, no.
Go Cavs.
Nice win for you guys last night. I'm a Clips fan (apparently I pissed off the basketball Gods with my choices of #1 and #2 favorite teams) and while they'll fade in the next month or so (no bench), they're really playing well now.

Even if what he said had been more egregious, I don't think it is right to punish fans for such a thing - and that's what they are doing by pulling a team's coach like that. I agree with you on the fines - make them pay that way, if you have to do something.
It almost seems as if they were looking for a shot to nail him for something.

Inconsistency has been a huge issue with me.
I also dislike how games are called differently in the regular season and in the playoffs.
My biggest pet peeve is, without a doubt, when somebody drives the lane and the official waits to see if the shot goes in to see if they're going to blow their whistle. It's either a foul or it's not a foul, period.

Did anybody see the end of the Lakers/Jazz game tonight?
Kobe wasn't even touched.
What a farse.
