Broncos | Green not expected to play

Jeff Legwold, of the Rocky Mountain News, reports Denver Broncos OT Cornell Green (shoulder) is not expected to play in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs with a separated shoulder. It is possible OG Cooper Carlisle would move into his spot in a pinch as the Broncos do not have another experienced tackle.

Jeff Legwold, of the Rocky Mountain News, reports Denver Broncos LB Keith Burns (knee) is not expected to play in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs with a sprained MCL. Usually and injury like that takes at least two to three weeks to recover. LB Patrick Chukwurah will fill in for Burns on special teams and at linebacker.

Since when was Green a starter? Why on earth would Cooper move to a back-up spot? As far as I know Foster is okay for the KC game.

I think they are saying that he would move there if something happend to Foster. Denver has a backup guard but no tackle now.
