Broncos bucked by Hall
The Cowboy Nation has company in its Hall of Fame frustrations.
There are 28 established franchises in the NFL, and every one of them has at least three players whom their fan base believes have been slighted by Hall of Fame voters.
The Cowboys have played in an NFL-record eight Super Bowls and have only five players in the Hall of Fame. Seems a bit light, doesn't it?
Well, how about the Denver Broncos? They have played in six Super Bowls, second-most to the Cowboys, and have only one player enshrined in Canton – John Elway.
The trio of Broncos whom the Denver faithful believe should already be in Canton are offensive tackle Gary Zimmerman, halfback Floyd Little and linebacker Karl Mecklenburg.
