Considering Kenyon and Lenard didn't play, a 91-81 win in NO/Oklahoma will do me just fine. Carmelo and Camby were huge again tonight with 31 and 15 points respectively, Marcus also had 15 boards. With consectutive home games up next NY and Memphis hopefully we can get above that elusive .500 mark and start playing up to our high pre-season expectations.

Go Denver.

And there was an Earl Watson sighting tonight, which was sweet. Dude can really play some D.

It was nice to see a guy who passes the ball and plays tough defense take some minutes away from the ball hogging dwarf. You're paying Watson the mid-level exception, you might as well play him.....especially when he's better than the guy you're playing ahead of him.

Nice games by Carmelo and Camby.

Also, the Jizz are gonna regret passing on Chris Paul.

Which guy did they end up taking? The kid out of Illinois right?

Yep, Deron Williams from Illinois.

Interestingly enough, he's the player who hadn't yet declared for the draft who was at the workout that George Karl attended that led to his suspension.

I think we won partially because Vo Lenard didn't play.

Earl Watson -- it's time to get him serious PT.

You mean keep Vo or Boykins on the bench? What will they do if they don't have a guard on the floor who shoots every time he touches the ball and can't guard anybody? :kiddingme

Yeah...Deron looks like a big-time player too. I dont think that you can go wrong with either of them. Paul does look good too.

Why hasnt Watson been playing? I always liked his game in Memphis. Is he not comfortable there yet or what?

I was actually at this game and it was cool to see my nuggs in action for once. They need some outside shooting horribly and Elson sucks.

I liked the play of Watson but Demarr Johnson was disappointing.

Rascal, glad to hear you enjoyed it bro. That said, you guys need to shoot your PA announcer/music guy. Good God. Does he understand that you don't need a sound effect after EVERY free throw and that silence during the game is allowable? Wow. Between that and listening to Marlowe, I almost muted the game.

Speaking of Marlowe.......

Dear Altitude,

You might want to stop showing the dorky commercial of Chris Marlowe reminding us how awful he is as an announcer but pointing out that he's a good volleyball player.

Thank you,

James
