Ok let's throw down those predictions. Winner take all! I'm going to donate a Superbowl 33 sweatshirt size XL, an old school license plate frame with old school logo insert, and a new metal license plate (new logo) to the winner who guesses the score the closest.. The sweatshirt is used but in great shape. The rest of the stuff is new.
I've been collecting the stuff for years and need to make some room around here.
Rules...
1) You must have your prediction on this thread 30 minutes to kickoff. I will close the thread at that time.
2) You must clearly state the final score.
3) The winner with the most accurate score prediction will get the goods.
Tie Breaker:
How many yards will Peyton Manning throw for?
*edit* Winner also will carry the title of MNF badass for the week.
Good luck!

Pats 27-24....History repeats itself from last year.
I don't think the Colts lose because of the monkey on their back but rather the Pats should play like a cornered animal as this game means a lot more to them. They need it to keep reasonable pace for the playoffs and the Colts know that no matter what they will be 8-1 after nine games with the Texans coming to Indy next week.

Cool...this should work. If it gets too confusing I'll let a 3rd party panel of judges decide the winner.
I'd like to appoint Alec Raenos and Watermock as our impartial judges in the event we have disupute...lol

Indy 29 Pats 20 - Manning throws for 237.
I think Indy wins this one, but nothing would suprise me.
I TOTALLY disagree with Nappy...this game means A LOT more to Indy than to the Pats.
They have all the demons to exorcise. Even if we fall to 4-4 we'l still win our crappy division....and we probably can't catch Indy anyway.
So..my prediction is a loss tonight....get into the playoffs and come out fighting then when Seymour and Dillon and others are healthier.
This game means squat to me, personally. If we lose - it was expected with all the injuries. If we win, Peyton has convulsions for the rest of his life any time he comes within 100 miles of New England.

While I agree that the Colts ARE a hype machine, you can't deny that the Pats are seriously depleted. Seymour may or may not play. Dillon is @ 70% and likely will not get much better throughout the season.
The real reason that Peyton wins this one..... it doesn't count like it does in January!

Well I have cable on the computer but I think it will work with Satellite. Especially the new tuner cards with the HDTV capability. They should recieve Sat. signals I would think. I mean it's still a cable running thru to the machine. ???

I see HotRod at 35-17 Colts and CBF1 at 34-20 Colts.
Margin of victory was 19 points. Hotrod looks closest, if you are going by margin of victory and closest to final score.
Hotrod had the margin of victory at 18, CBF1 had it at 14. However, CBF1's score prediction had a margin of error of 7 points (1 off on the pats and 6 on the Colts) and Hotrod's score prediction had a margin of error of 8 (5 for the colts and 3 for the pats).
I was unsure of how to rule based on the rules provided. If we say one got one part and the other got the other then we go to the tie breaker to which I believe Hotrod was closer though, I could be wrong.

Meck, it was my understanding, based on the simple rules provided, that the closest to final score would win and not the margin of victory.
If that be the case, then CBF1 wins as he was only 7 points off compared to Hotrod's 8 points. I think only you knew your intent when you wrote the rules so therefore, you have the final call but if I were YOU, I would go based on that as many probably played with the same impression I got.

The rules should have been more clear than "post the most accurate score."
At least give Hotrod one of the license plate frames. Margin of victory is important when predicting a score. Being a yard off of Peyton's total was an incredible feat in itself.

I took this picture, and the chick on the right was hot.
I think we need to start a new thread on a different part of the Mane of hot chicks doing crazy things on the bus. The number of views on that thread would be incredible.
