Kansas City used to slice thru defenses like a hot knife thru butter...even the most beergoggled mullet has to finally see that the window has closed...Kansas City might still win the game, but 6 points at home against Oakland with Moss slacking off?

Oakland just lost some huge DT...Green? I was switching around...KC is at first and goal, but 6 points to almost the end of the third quarter doesn't look like the KC offense of old...some huge guy went out with a big time knee...hopping on one leg...

Soon as I start a thread, KC scores and takes the lead...figures...I should of just made it a Mock's Lock...13-9 Chefs...Oakland can't freaking score a TD against the Chefs? WTF is that baloney?

At any rate, win or lose, it's pretty obvious the KC offense isn't nearly as explosive as it was a few years ago. C'mon Pirates...

I don't suppose alot of people are getting this game...maybe you are...KC doesn't look too hot on offense...

I start the thread and 5 minutes later, KC lays 14 on the board...I'm uncanny...and you wonder why people are superstitious....unfreakingreal....I'm the kiss of death this year...I had a great FF team...Caddilac, T.O...McNabb... Edge..All three get injured and Indy's offense goes into hibernation, altho Edge is leading the league, the Indy offense isn't scoring alot...

Amazing that a very mediocre team like KC is only 1 game back of such a great team like Denver. Is the KC coaches that good to stay in this thing with smoke and mirrors or is the Denver coaching that bad to have kept this thing so close at the midseason point?

Two wins against the RAIDERS. First game the officials
gave to the Cheaps. Today you were one Raider brain fart from losing to them ( leg whip on Green on last drive).
Another win against the Jets. Another win against the DOLPHINS, I'll give you that one for obvious reasons.....

The Cheaps haven't beat a team with a winning record.
Except for the Redskins...edited just for Bob.
Broncos and Eagles put a beatdown on you.

You can't even get basic facts right.

First you mess up the most basic of stats trying to prove a point...then when thats proven wrong you try to make a point using one game as your data then you turn around and tell us that one game isn't enough to make a point.

The Chiefs did not look good today plain and simple. There should be no argument about that. However they did get the win and sweep the series over the raiders. The raiders gave you guys some fight and I will tell you you are lucky you got to play the Raiders on the road when they were playing like **** in the 2nd game of the year. I expect it to be tougher for us next week but we must beat them on the road.

Our defense played phenomenal football for 3 quarters. The offense looked good in the 2nd half.

Considering the injuries we had, I'm not surprised we didn't look like a championship team. We still won, though.

You guys better beat Oakland next week. If you don't, I've got a freezer full of crow.

Now, honestly boob. A second point...having watched the chiefs this year, do you really think they are a solid 5-3 team? I see declining offense and a defense that still gets burned too often. I don't know what you see, but the only somewhat solid team you have beaten is the redskins. Honestly, the only teams you flat out beat were the Dolphins and the Jets. Oakland gave you 2 games on their own, just by being the same old raiders, but just like you were in 2003 thinking that you were as good as that 13-3 record, you will soon find out that you are sh!t. I remember Dante Hall winning about 4 games that year. Of course all I heard was KC super bowl this and super bowl that. You guys never learn. Your offense is old, your defense is still not good enough. Maybe you get into the playoffs, maybe not, but the chiefs should feel REAL lucky to be 5-3
