Steve Cox is the only guy from my high school that made it in the NFL. He was 13 years ahead of me, so I never knew him. He punted for Cleveland and Washington, but also kicked 55+ yard FGs. No idea why it was the fifties I think. He then went on to become a hall of famer for the Canadian Football league. Just found his name it was Hal Patterson. Broncos Special Teams Coach and former player Ronnie Bradford went to my Elementary (Central Elementary), and High School (Adams City High School) both in Commerce City, CO. He played 10 seasons in the NFL (3 with the Broncos). He also played for the Cardinals, Falcons, and Vikings.
