I got too many Faker fans at work telling me the Nuggets are a WNBA team, tonight we'll see who the bittches are. Reviving our late season/playoff tradition, a rep karma thread. Maybe if we had one last night Nene wouldn't have gotten hurt and we would have beat SA.

I can't believe you're hearing trash talk from a fanbase who're pinning their hopes on Kwame Brown. rofl

They've got no answer for Carmelo & Kenyon inside. The Nuggets are easily the deeper and better team. The only advantage L.A. has is that the Nuggets played last night. No reason not to win this one.

I told the guy that the Lakers were the second best team in LA, that really pissed him off, he couldn't take it as well as he could give it. I can't wait the next time I see him and ask him if he saw his fakers lose to that "WNBA" team. Rep coming up.

I'm not a Nugget fan but that's quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The Nuggets are probably the 2nd or 3rd best team in the West and the Lakers won't even make the playoffs.

I'm going Friday. Sadly, my work schedule has been so hectic lately that going to the game and not getting home until 12:30 or 1 would have killed me tomorrow so I'll just watch the game on TV and save the hour driving.

There was a meck sighting tonight!

I was in the 2nd to last row, the nosebleeds, 318 row 14 I believe, and I look down to the lower level and sure enough, there's a Mecklenburg jersey, which I can only assume was you.

Too bad the Nugs didn't exactly play their best tonight.

Damn that was harsh. Good thing is we got some decent Nug girl pics. I'll post them tomorrow. That was cool that Eddie Mac pumped the crowd up. Spotted Al and Rod on the east side front row. Mello could have held that last shot a little longer in regulation. Can't blame the kid but there was no reason to shoot with 9 seconds to go. King Carl will take control soon. I hate kobe.

Karl is back for the next game. Granted, I'm not the biggest NBA expert but why isn't Watson playing? If you wanted to sign somebody to keep the bench warm couldn't we have brought Skita back?

As one of his harshest critics, this might surprise you but Boykins has worth. He's GREAT as a sparkplug. Unfortunately, it's lost when he plays for long periods of time. He's a liability on defense and tends to look for his own shot too much. If we can get a 2-guard for him, I'd do it. Otherwise, I'm fine with holding on to him, but limiting his use a little bit. AND PLAY HIM WITH ANOTHER POINT GUARD DAMMIT!

A look at Boykins stats here. This is a great site. Breaks it all down even their salaries. Some of them are surprising especially to see what some of the older guys use to get paid. Hard to believe the players can't seem to make ends meat off a few million a year anymore.

He's a black hole... basketballs go in, they don't come back out. If his shot is on, great, but if not, ew. He refuses to pass the ball to Melo. Height envy I think.

Speaking of black holes, your boy Kenyon better remove his head from his ass. He should NOT be shooting those damn 20 footers. He's gotten lucky so far this season, but that won't last. Get down low Kenyon and cut that crap out.

I have NOT been impressed with K-Mart so far this season.

The whole team has underwhelmed me thuse far, honestly. Carmelo is playing better, and he's hitting the boards, which is nice, but again h'e struggling to find his shot.

I'm not too pleased with KMart or Camby's shot selection. I know he likes that jumper from the free throw line, and I know he was on fire last night, but I really feel like Camby takes that too often. And I don't like KMart taking those jumpers either.

Mix that in with Voshon being so out of shape that he every 3-pointer he takes is short, and well, it's bad news.

Andre Miller has seriously underwhelmed me.

There were a couple of instances last night that really made me wonder if those rumors about a rift between he and Carmelo we heard a while back were true and are still lingering.
I've actually been OK with Andre thus far. He's not a scorer, and never has been. His jumper has always been suspect at best. However, he's averaging like 8 or 9 assissts per game, and if he can average double digit assissts this year, I'll be very happy with that, personally.
