I've met alot of you crazy fools. Still waiting to meet Mock, some of the California crew, the group in OKC(sounds like it might happen in Dallas), and the secret posters whom we have no idea who they are. I have feeling we would all be surprised if we did meet them and who they work for or are affiliated with.

I plan on meeting whoever goes to the KC game and the Raider game. I'll be at both at those.......I have to meet Meck though. What he does for the Bronco fans is beyond anything most people could think of.

After looking at those Pics from the Giants trip and seeing them kids on the bus and giving them a ride to that little Bronco game, I couldn't help but think what a great person Meck must really be. Those pics were awesome. Those kids had to of loved that. Just awesome.

I'd also love to meet everyone. From my experience, it really doesn't change much as far as posting... you just have a face to match with the name. Most OM'ers I've met are pretty much the same in real life as they are on the board... just devoted Broncos fans. :)

Bob lives in Texas. Maybe you can invite him to the Cowboys tailgate. I'm sure you will need slave labor to keep things running...lol

Anyway...I still have a bunch of people to meet. The list is too long for this post. For example, I've never met any of the great OM ladies and I would love to, despite the fact that Sassy didn't include me on her list...J/K...:welcome:

mtbrncofn - to fabricate an elaborate plan to bring Fopa back to our beloved Avs,

Done! It's a date. We may need to throw a couple of cold ones into that mix, because people will think we're high anyway.

After reading through more replies, there were tons of people I forgot.

Nuggs - We can hate on the Flyers together.
Hotrod - Has to be a fun guy to have a beer with or a beed as he likes to put it ;)
Spider - Same as hotrod
WinstonCup - I can give him **** about his poopypants driver

I'd be up for meeting almost any O Maner, but there are ones that I'd especially like to meet.

So are you saying Browns Stadium is a DMZ like my experiences in Buffalo or can you get by alright as long as your cool and keep your mouth shut?

Last Sunday I'm sitting down @ Cooperstown watching the game with a few locals and a couple of Steelers fans came in in full regalia. They asked the bartender if they were ok watching the Steelers game in there and the tender said "Yeah, no problem"....so I asked about next years Denver game and all the guy told me was "You'll have no trouble getting tickets for it". No one seemed to mind me wearing the Denver stuff but then again, I'm not mouthy or anything either, so maybe they just let me be.

They were pretty cool people actually....too bad you guys couldn't make it down for a couple...then again, you deserve medals for sitting out there in that wind and rain all game long.....just the walk over to the bar was brutal enough.

If you're cool and keep your mouth shut, then you'll just get the normal heckling like most stadiums would welcome you with. If you're a person that likes getting up and rubbing it in their faces whenever your team does good, then you'll be berated big time.

The Titan fans didnt get any kind of abnormal treatment, just the regular "Titans suck" or the middle finger as they're walking by, except for 1 fan who kept getting up out of his seat everytime the Titans had a good play and yelled "what now, Browns fans?" as he put both of his arms up as like he was challenging them.

I did notice how good Browns security is there though, if people are excessively using strong language and are becoming a bother to the fans around them, then the security will be right there to escort them out, even if it's directed at the opposing fans that really deserve to get **** slung at them for the way they're acting.

Just go in and act normal and you'll get the regular away team treatment(**** you Denver" "denver sucks" just things like that,) but be prepared for the treatment if you get mouthy(which I know you wont since we know each other and I don't see you being like that.)

Yeah, I go to watch the game, not to battle the populace....I actually was kinda surprised by the good visiting fan treatment in the bars there..then again, they weren't loud or anything either.

I'm trying to talk Sass into going there next year for that game and if OF1 makes the trip out, then it's a non-issue.

Q: Do you know of The Lords Of The Highway? (they're from your hometown P'ville and opened for DD......they were pretty wild, cowpunk must be big in the Cleveland area or something).

That Titans fan that was getting all up and yelling got berated pretty good with the cussing and things being thrown at him, but overall the visiting fan treatment tends to be pretty good as long as you're not a dick about things.

and oh man, I havent heard much of LOTH for awhile, probably since my senior year back in 2001(when some underground punk fans who I went to school with wore some of their clothes), plus my cousin down in West Virginia likes them(no surprising with the whole country sounding punk music for those west virginians.)

I do know that they usually make it out to the Party in the Park Mardi Gras here in Painesville annually(July) to play a set for the locals here, I imagine they'll be here again in 2006 to jam, I wouldn't mind checking them out to here what they're all about.

The geographical center of the US happens to be Lebannon Kansas believe it or not.

http://www.kansasphototour.com/center.htm

It's a pretty quiet little area. I'm sure an OF1 gathering would change that real quickly...Ha!

However, it would suck if we had to go for a beer run. There's nothing out there but the monument...

Ive meet some good people including the above mentioned. I have had a blast with all except two that would not stop asking my wife to do a pole dance. Mock, would probably be annoying in person just like here at the mane. He has opps to go to a game in the MidWest this year but it would probably go against his Vikings on the tube.

Way hot July, lol! My best friend lives in Southern California, near Northridge, in the San Fernando Valley. I am going to MELT in the heat! I was hoping to meet Mock. Use to talk with him on the phone before his situation. He doesn't even seem to come around much anymore.

LOL I hate to be real...or a hard azz, BUT LOL

If you put aside .10 cents for every post and 10 minutes for every hour you spend on the mane/bronco football talk, you would have enough money and time to move to Denver for a year. Now make it happen

He could always donate his brain for scientific research and have enough to get an upper level seat! It's not like you have to be "special" to party with us.
.....or maybe you do??? I forget.

Clavi, didnt you selll candles or something and made some dough to buy concert tickets? You were determined then so just think of whatever you are doing as a job to selling those candles (pencils , whatever) and get to an East Coast game. Then it would only be a 1 or 1 1/2 day trip.

I'd like to meet anyone - even the people that I've pissed off. I think it would be interesting. What I've always found fascinating is how different people are on here than they are in real life. Sometimes they're exactly thing. ApaOps is exactly the same. ak1971 is exactly the same. Hotrod is too. Others are more reserved. A.L.F is much quieter. SoCalBronco is very softspoken. It's very interesting.

-Slap- and Taco were funny because they were exactly the people you meet online and they have such strong personalities. Alec was surprising because he's much nicer in real life.

It's very interesting.

I've actually thought most of the Maners were almost scary to the point that they were the same.
