Evidently, John Hall will be suiting up for the Skins this weekend after being on IR for the last couple of weeks. Nick Novak out of UMD filled in pretty nicely for them and evidently will be cut if Hall suits up. should the Broncos consider grabbing this guy? he was clutch in College but im not sure how his kickoffs are. thoughts?

Lmao! well, i havent seen those from him. what do you think about his kicking ability with Fgs?

decent but kickers like him are a dime a dozen...he is no different then most of the other "tryout" kickers teams bring in. The extra rub he gets with the Skins is because he is a local boy...I wish him well but don't think he will be a main stay.

yeah. he will probably stay on the roster for the chance that hall gets injured again. but his kickoffs aren't that great, he never gets touchbacks, it's always near the five or ten yard line. plus some of his field goal kicks are too low, he had two blocked in consecutive weeks despite the fact that they were like 30 yarders.

It was a freak knockdown of Elam's kick a gust literally grabbed it and turned it to a slice...I have never seen an Elam kick do that...I have seen him miss...that ball was pushed down by wind...SourBuns is kicking into the endzone and booming punts...
We need a replacement along the line, not a kicker...Moses I give up...

you guys take this thread way too personally. i NEVER once called for Elam's job or head. i watched Novak at Maryland and he was a pretty clutch kicker and i felt that if Washington was going to cut him than why not take him if we have the chance? it wouldnt be expensive anyway. duh.
