On this week's matchup against Packers CB Al Harris:

"There are two things for Brother Harris this week. The bad thing is, he has to cover me. The good is, he can save 15 percent by switching his insurance to Geico."

I think he must be reffering to Harris, Carrol is their #2 guy so if they put him on him it will make me wonder.

I don't know much about the Packers secondary, that's just what I heard on the radio. Here's what ESPN says:

When the Bengals have the ball
Passing: As mentioned, look for the Bengals to come out in a lot of three-receiver sets in this game. The goal for Bratkowski will be to utilize the athletic advantage that his unit has over the Packers on the perimeter. For starters, Chad Johnson provides Palmer with a huge target in his one-on-one mismatch versus Green Bay DC Ahmad Carroll. Look for Bratkowski to move Johnson around the field in order to get Johnson matched up versus Carroll as much as possible.

Edit: Ludo, you're right. Just got the full quote on the fantasy page:

Oct 27 Wide receiver Chad Johnson said Packers cornerback Al Harris will offer his toughest challenge this season, but that didn't stop him from being… well, Chad Johnson. "There are two things for Brother Harris this week," Johnson told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "The bad thing is, he has to cover me. The good is, he can save 15 percent by switching his insurance to Geico."

You should have kept that post as a good point in the discussion. As far as I'm concerned, there is only one #85 in the league and his name is Ashley Lelie...

Man, I'm almost with you on that one......almost.

Goldmouth has become one of the most irritating figures around. Someone is gonna clock him sooner or later, it happens with all these mouthy guys. When that day comes, I'll be laughing big time and enjoying every second he's writhing on the ground because he brought it all upon himself.

For whatever reason I do find Chad amusing. His antics seem to be more in fun than a lot of the other clowns. Our #85 could use a little more 'tude himself.

I like Chad Johnson. Be great if he became a Bronco some day, but he gets crazy money so I'll pass.

He's not your typical flavor clown reciever like Owens or Moss, he's fully aware of what he's doing and he does it a) for the fame it gets him b) to be funny and c) to have fun.

Owens and Moss are all about the first of those, the fame, but thats because they're self promoting, arogant assholes. I get the feeling that with Johnson its more of a "fame is good because it gets me paid" type of motivation. You have to be a big name WR to get the big money, regardless of stats. Look at Heins Ward and his fight to get a reasonable salary for this year despite his great stats year in and year out. WRs in the league need to be a little bit flava clown just to get a paycheck equal to their talent level.

I live in CIncinnati and im about sick of Chad or Flava Flav as i like to call him.Iv never really been a bengals fan cuz they have pretty much been a joke my whole life "im 30" but when Marvin became coach i was at least happy they was going to try to be respectable.Chad was ok when you mostly heard storeies about how he slept at the staduim about 3 nights a week just to wake up around it , thats a little kids dream. But the gold teeth, silly a$$ DB list, and talk talk talk talk has grown old.I mean can someone explain the gold teeth to me please. ok so im white "& dont turn this into a race this cuz i could careless about color" and dont understand it but if i was poor and had bad teeth then became rich id want to get UNREAL dental work and have perfect teeth not gold removeable ones that couldnt look much grosser.Do females actually think that looks good ?

Hines Ward does celebrate, he mocks the guy's that he's playing i.e. Terrell owens eagle dance last year, Chad Johnson's riverdance etc.

Ward is a complete WR, but Chad Johnson has the deep threat that Ward doesn't, making him a bigger threat.

On the issue of the gold fronts you raised, I don't know if he just wears that as a mouth piece during games or what. I saw him do an interview a week or two ago on HBO, that NFL show they do... Anyways, they were talking about the Riverdance and all this, and when Chad Opened his mouth to respond to the question, he had perfectly straight, white teeth, and he didn't have anything in his mouth.

I know rappers and the like put that **** in their mouths (and personally, even though I dig rap, hip hop, etc I'd never put it in my mouth) all the time, but I think Chad's is just a glorified mouth piece, although I could be wrong.
