they might be on the road. I really feel bad for these guys tho, to drive across country and to lose a game like that. :griese:

First off, don't take this the wrong way but you're out of your mind.

I would absolutely LOVE to go to a game like that, even though we did lose. What would you rather be doing, working in your office, or being out on the road in one badass vehicle with a bunch of diehard buddies. I am sure they're kind of bummed from the game, but like any road trip, 95% of the fun is the trip in itself! I can gaurantee the mood on that bus is a hell of a lot better than it is in this somber ass place. Hell, by reading most of these posts, you'd think we were in the Raider's position, $hitty and just lost arguably our best player on the team. Okay, off my soapbox now.

Your right, i definitely would have loved to go on that road trip and the game. But I do take losses really hard. As a Bronco fan im spoiled to have a winning team every year, and when we lose i hate it! I guess i have higher expectations than raider fans, is that wrong??

Hopefully Meck and crew are having a great time :strong:

Some posters seem to be forgetting...as of right now...we do have a winning team...

A lot of teams would love to be 5-2 right now.

I take losses the same, yesterday, I tell you, I should have been put in a darkened room for the three hours after the game...

It was a tough loss and there were a lot of sad faces around the bus last night.

I was just wondering if anyone had heard from them.

Waffle hijacked the bus and is forcing them to drive through Pitt, where he will attempt to slip Big Ben the date rape drug.

OF1 is parked @ Ramada Inn on 10.

They rode in the cab w/ me to the airport and continued on to Midtown Manhattan to do the NY tour. They're both bummed about the game but will be over it in 5-10 or15 hours. Im ln Atlanta waiting for my flight to Indy. I'll post plcs when home.

I hate losses as much as any other person here, the difference being, I know that loss really has no effect on my everyday life, save for an irritated moment or two.

No doubt about it you r right. I was at that game and more exciting it could not be. It was the best game I have ever been to and the only thing that could have made it better was obviously a W. But this is a good team with a lot of confidence and I expect a better season then the one we saw last year, and the year before for that matter. Unfortunately I will have visions of Lynch coming after Eli on that last play for the rest of the year.

I think people would be more optimisitic if this same scenario hadn't played out the last three years.

That's like saying Elway was going to lose to GB in the SB because, hell, he'd been there three times already, what makes this time different. And judging by a lot of the posts here, I am sure that was flying around the boards then too!:hitself:

I'm kinda worried about those guys....I hope Disco didn't run the bus off the bridge into the Hudson...

Be safe...take your time and we are all cool.

I'm with BMF on this one. I traveled 12 hours to watch my college team get beat in a close game and I'd do it 100 times over again because it was a great game. I would have killed to be at that game on sunday. yea we lost...life goes on. But shoot you only got so much damn time to enjoy tailgating and other fun things that celebrate your Bronco pride.

Hell yeah.

I went to the Oakland game last year, the sunday night game in the blizzard. Yeah it was a loss, but I will never forget that blizzard. In the end, wins and losses don't even really matter, but these experiences rule.

They'll be fine. Hell, I traveled to Miami and had to see that disappointment. I'm coming to Denver this weekend to try to get rid of this damn curse I have of attending Broncos games.

Here's a quick review of the games I have attended recently:

loss to Miami on last second field goal in denver on sunday night football
win over pittsburgh in denver
loss to the vikings in the metrodome
loss to jacksonville last year by a point
loss to raiders last year by a point
loss to dolphins this year

Please football gods, be with me this weekend!!!!!!

I talked to him after the game, on the bus. He was super bumed. You travel all that way, to get a drunk a-hole f'ning the trip up, isn't right. I am surprised about this, cause usually the Giant fans are a cool bunch.

Disco is the man, he'll rebound and be on top of his game come Sunday.

I will say, living in Eagle hell, those fans are probably the worst in the NFL. I doubt the trouble makers will find the resources to go to Denver.

Bills fans are just as bad if not worse.

Anyways, glad to hear they did the taxi thing in the City....I thought for a sec that they'd try to navagate that bus around there again.

Get home safe guys....see ya in SD!
