I don't understand how one game is the doom of us all. What do the Broncos have to do in order to ease the pessimests mind on this board? And it's obvious that winning a playoff game is something that needs to happen. I'm talking about the regualr season.

And does it matter how we win the game? IF Jason Elam makes the last field goal do we still have the smae complaints?

It's not a slide. We played very well. Jake looked great in a windy stadium. So slide at all. I could handle a slide b/c then It would be that we lost b/c we suck worse than the other team(s). This sucks b/c we were better and it didn't matter b/c factors out of our control decided to throw a win to sell Jerseys. **** the NFL and **** the refs.

Worry not. The cream will rise to the top. 12-4. Write it down.

I just did some research, and the last time the Broncos actually lost a game, as opposed to the cause being the refs or the balmy climate of Florida, was 1984.

As an aside, there is a rumor going around finheaven that the refs gave the Chiefs the win on Friday to boost the sales of Lawrence Tynes jerseys. It looks like we have a consipiracy on our hands!

The running game was clicking again today. That's Denver's "bread and butter". The Broncos will be fine. I am still optimistic about the future.
