This is a thread of the problems you feel that can be fixed in the off season or even during this season.

1. We need recievers. Only Lelie and Smith caught the ball as a wr. Anyone else think this is a problem? Lelie showed he can be a #1.

2. Safeties. Lynch is getting old and couldnt cover a wr, even if the wr was strapped to 150lbs of cement. Ferguson is a average, blow average safety and would be a ST at the most on any other team. Draft a cover Safety.

3. Coaching, Great coaching in the first half, 2nd half, IT'S HORRIBLE. Why can't we finish a game strong? This is the 2nd week in a row. Last week everyone blamed it on Tom Brady, What about this week? Brady isnt the escape goat now.

Please add.

We need to invest our highest #1 in a Safety.
We need to stop playing Mr. Nice Guy in the 4th quarter

We have a rather lacking secondary and coverage game.

We should score points in the forth Quarter.

This is where I wish Shanny was more like myself. Keep scoring until the game is over. If you lay 70 on someone, big fvckin' deal. Walk out to the middle of the field, if he gives you lip, tell him to get better. RUN UP THE FVCKING SCORE!

As far as our safeties go, I agree. Lynch is a glorified linebacker, and Fergy is completely lost.

I disagree with the coaching part. Denver came out of the tunnel in the 3rd quarter on fire. They scored on 3 offensive plays. For awhile, it looked like they were going to break the game wide open. I wished they would have done more on the drive where Tatum Bell hit the big gainer.

If there is a positive to this game, Lelie made some great grabs. The near INT that he hauled in was spectacular, as was those catches late in the game where it was a short route with him going across the field.

As for the coaching, yeah, the later in the game we get, the softer our gameplanning gets.

I learned that Lynch can't get it done in pass protection, allthough he did have an INT that got called back. I've learned that no matter how good of CBs we have out there, our defensive pass scheme isn't worth a damn. I've learned that Shanny doesn't have the balls to blow a team out anymore. I've learned that no matter what Plummer does, it just isn't enough. I've learned that Bell lined up as a WR is stupid. I've learned that while Johnson is a good FB, he is still to small and gets knocked backwards too much. I've learned that we should have let Putz go to the Jets for the money he ended up getting. I've learned that Fergy just needs to be a ST player. I've learn that Bailey can make some great catches for INTs.

I'm sure there is more, but now I'm depressed all over again.

I cant pin point anything. Sure we have a ton of problems, But they all come down to execution. It might very well be a matter of needing new personnel, but i think the guys we have in there can get it done, they just need to go out and do it.

lelie did look good today tho, my main concern is the coaches need to have more faith in our WR's, Lelie can catch, Rod can catch, Adams can catch, now let THEM go and make a catch, dont empty out our back field and throw to the RB who cant catch. Its not fair to the otehr play makers whos job is to Catch the football.

-Our TE(Putzier) is making plays when the ball comes his way, thats not a mirrage Kubes, he is a pretty good talent, so get him the BALL!!!

-btw, anyone else as shocked as i was that Nate jackson finally saw the field today? im pumped, because this guy is yet another threat that we have at our disposle.

While I'm no way packing it in on this team this year we have improved some this year which is good. To answer the question.

1. I think S position blows we need both S positions upgraded. Blitzing Lynch doesn't work he's too slow.

2. WR we need a guy who can help in the clutch by catching a ball in crunch time. I'd love a 6'5 WR with good hands.

3. TE we need legit threat or get ball to Putz more

4. OL help is also needed

I learned that Jason Elam just isn't very good anymore.
