Many experts, including myself, wondered what the Denver Broncos were thinking this offseason. Here was a team that ranked fourth in the league in total defense last season and opted to overhaul its entire defensive line.

It wasn't just that they overhauled the defensive line, it was the players they added. History tells you that when you add players, you usually would like them to come from winning programs. So when the Broncos added four former Browns defensive linemen -- Gerard Warren, Courtney Brown, Ebenezer Ekuban and Michael Myers -- the chuckling began....

When I was at the game last week all 4 are major contrubutors in this defense. And by the way everyone of them are very nice and cool to kids that want autographs.

Yet another crow eater...if I were them, I would wait till what happens this Sunday...we take it to the house this week...people can start eating crow...it seems like they are getting a head start IMO...setting themselves up yet again like the foolish hacks and dimwits they daily expose themselves as. We lose, we are half a game ahead of the Chorfs with a desperate Philly team on the near horizon...

The game just jumped up a major notch in importance...

I agree, no matter how much we destryoed the Chiefs they are still on our heels and the team cant let up at all if it wants to keep the division title in its grasp.

And it seems like every year when he tries to jump aboard the bandwagon, Denver goes in the tank for 3-4 games. I wish he would just shut up and just not bother saying anything about the Broncos.

Mmmm...we've killed all those "rumors" Ha!

Actually...I think we've always been good at stopping LT.

That pig was hammering the Broncos for weeks...months...MoC...the Browncos...Dayne...Plummer...

For him to jinx us I feel like kicking right in his raisins. He doesn't remember the insults he threw like spitballs all early this year...now he wants to suck up...**** him.

Actually Sassy, we won't kill those demons unless we win Sunday. This is the third year in a row we have been 5-1, both times before we lost.

Yeah...but we've usually won our first game of the season too...and this team is different...we're winning games we should have lost and we aren't turning over the ball plus we are getting turnovers.

This is an entirely different team than we've had the last few years. This is an entirely different TYPE of team.

Anybody that calls this a finesse team is clueless. This is the first team, really since the superbowl years, that I feel we can just impose our WILL on the other team.

And we haven't even fully gelled as a team yet... ;D

Agreed. First I got sick of the posters constantly attacking Plummer and now I am all but too sick of these talking heads. Right now the team has to win in order to get focused. It's just a matter of when. Frigging press I hate them.

I agree, just last game was the first time (besides the Chef game) that our O really started clicking. They got the first at will towards the end of the game and ran out the clock instead of giving them the ball back.
The Giants are going to be tough, but the Broncos wont lose because their 5-1, and always lose, but if they lose it will because the giants played better than us.
