What a blast.
Thanks to all involved for the great pre-trip advice, accommodations while there, etc... and of course, special thanks to the young lady for making all of this happen for us. Best b-day present ever.
Now, I bore you with pictures...
I'll posts some stills shortly.
High Speed Connection Slideshow (DSL/Cable) (http://media.putfile.com/Slideshow51/wide)
***THIS WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 MIN TO LOAD on an average hi-speed. Be patient, it's a fairly large file.
Smaller, Lower Quality Slideshow (http://www.worldchamprec.com/Slideshow.mov)
***Smaller, better for dail-up.

I can't remember the result of that play. It wasn't one of the big ones, but it was a nice completion. I think it was a sideline pass to Smith. (Could have been Lelie)

(Props to Mom.) I actually like it better than the store bought ones. The letters look sewn on... kind of old-school.

It looks better in the full quality DVD, but it's too big to post anywhere. I started doing it in Flash, but it takes too damned long. (For me, anyway.)

Hey man...
Thanks, yourself! Great meeting you, Crusher, Disco, Dusty and anyone I'm forgetting. I'll get out to the tailgate earlier, next time. Underestimated the traffic/parking a bit.... but still had a couple hours to enjoy ourselves before the game, pick her up a new Broncos shirt, etc.
Make sure you have Quicktime installed. It's a free download. It should play fine as long as you do.

What a beautiful stadium. I realize it's a long way from having the magic/history of Mile High, but it's really an amazing facility. Everything about it is so accommodating to the experience... from parking, to tailgating, to concessions, etc. I've seen pro games in 4 other stadiums, and Invesco put them all to shame.
I spent an entire QUARTER the last time I was at Qualcom getting one beer and visiting the restroom. Sunday, I'd leave to do both and be back in my seat within 10 minutes, tops.
Tons of space out front for fans to mingle. I love the fact that people were just laying in the grass in front of the stadium, chilling, etc.
Just a fantastic facility.

I'm a huge Foo-fan. Actually, I got the inspiration from Orangeforce One. When I walked up at first, that was the song they had blasting. (Then some Deftones and some other cool ****.) As if the bus wasn't cool enough, it comes with a kicka$$ soundtrack, too.

If Denver runs that play action successfully and then follows it up with the same play, except handing the ball to Bell there and letting Johnson lead him around tackle, you have a successful play.
With Lelie upfield after selling the fly route, and then engaging to block, we have a TD up the sideline if Bell can make the safety miss.

If I remember correctly the bomb was the play-action going the other way.

We did get something. It wasn't Lelie's bomb. (Though that WAS on a similar boot.) I think it was like a 10-15 yard completion to Smith.... but it was definitely a completion for a nice gain.

iMovie is pretty extensive for what it is. Honestly, I felt like I did this kind of the lazy way. Could have made it better in Flash, but I just wanted to get it posted before it was too dated. :)

Yeah and Apple just came out with APERTURE (software program).
I don't think they are trying to compete with Photoshop (GOD, I hope NOT!), but just as a digital photography workflow post production solution...
Anyway I got all that stuff (iLife, Flash and AE) I need to start playing around with it more.

Congratulations on showing up for such a killer win. I bet the stadium was rocking.
It's always great to see home games when the team also decides to show up.
I actually got a chance to see a part of the game here. It was wierd. I looked up. Whoa! That has to be Disco! No way! Boom! Mane lit up like nipples in a wet t shirt contest. It kind of made my day. I thought Disco was imaginary. You mean he really does wear that thing to games? Whoa! Coooooool.

Disco was on the tube? I know Meck/him were on the Jumbo.
Yea, I thought the crowd was pretty rowdy... but it's hard to gauge, because I don't have a reference point, not having seen a game there before.
One thing I can say for sure... the lower rows seemed rowdier than the upper. People were fairly tame in my section. But, no one yelled at me for standing up and a few of us were doing our best to pump up our section... so it was good.
