Not a whole lot was expected of the Fade. Some improvement (which they've shown), but not anything dramatic.
The Vikings, with all of their additions on defense, were supposed to be able to contend for the NFC title. Picking up Fred Smoot, Darren Sharper & Pat Williams, along with drafting Erasmus James, was supposed to solidify the squad. Hasn't happened. Culpepper's TD to INT ratio is a dispicable 1 to 3. Randy Moss is gone. The Whizzinator is sitting out a suspension. Mike Tice is still their head coach.
As I said, no contest.

The warranty doesn't include shoddy workmanship or operator error, only defects in materials.
