It starts right at the top. Norv ****ing Turner never speaks directly to his players, the moron just sits there looking at his stupid laminated play sheet as if the answer for our teams lack of character and dicipline will be found there.

I'd be calling for Turner to be fired immediatley but I have so little faith in any of our other coaches I'm not sure they would fair any better.

One thing is for sure, this team is a ****ing disaster.

Jordan isnt doing much. We did go away from the run as the game slipped away but I honestly expected much much more from him.

This team doesn't need any more yes men as a coach. Get me a man in here to coach. Turner is soft and the team has taken on his personality.

For the love of **** stop with the ****ing vertical game regardless of the coverage. We finally started throwing slants and then we moved the ball. We don't need to go deep all of the time, help your ****ing defense for God's sakes!!!

I hate the ****ing vertical game, it works once in a while, you can't drop seven steps and throw it all game long even with Moss on your team!

It wasn't like the Chargers had a steller game or anything. In fact one could argue that they tried hard to give it back at the end but we refused to take it.

Want to know the difference between us and the Chargers? The Chargers are a team and we are a bunch of individuals.

A dropped punt and we had no rush?

An int hits Hill between the numbers and he misses it?

How many times did we extend Charger drives with mistakes?

How many times did we kill our own drives with mistakes?

Mix it up, give me a screen, give me a draw to Jordan, give me a pass to the wide open middle of the field. Give me something. Gve me a reason to believe that this team still cares.

C Woodson - gone. You have talent but you are a lazy ****. This is a team game bitch.

Randy Moss - see above. I know I know deep threat and its completely unrealistic but Moss is doggin it - a lot. This sets a real poor example for the young players.

Ron Stone - gone. Career over.

Langston Walker - gone. Fat, unmotivated, and lazy. If not for special teams ability what good is he?

Ok, I'm venting and you can only make so many changes but we need to start with a coach. We need a plan and we need to stick with it.

Feel better now that you've gotten that off your chest? I said when they fired Callahan that colostomy bag Davis made a mistake. Then when they hired Norv Turner, I laughed even more at that mistake, the guy couldn't coach himself into water if he fell out of a boat. Trading for Moss was a mistake, in that he is a child, with no character or heart. It is a huge mess in Raiderland, with only Houston having more problems. Take heart Fade fans, at the rate you're going, you'll screw up bad enough to not even win the Matt Lienart lottery, and he'll go to Cleveland, or Houston will trade him to like Denver for their first round pick (especially if Kubiak gets the HC job).

Right!! That is what got Callahan fired, and landed Gruden in TB, they both stopped kissing that moldy hemmoroid laden sphincter. That is why I give Turner two more weeks until he blows up at Auntie Al.

Washington is 3-2 I know that is impressive by raider standards but I think the slide has begun. Denver won't get a top ten pick but it will be a top 15. To tell you the truth I would rather have a pick at 15 than at 5. The salary hit at 5 is not worth it. It has been proven time and time again.

I'm actually surrounded by 'reasonable' Fader fans. They hang on to their team as opposed to the ah..... team(?) across the bay. They talk a little smack but just as quickly roll their eyes. They hate Davis. I remind them the Fade will be the Team of Deacadence as long as Formaldehyde Al is around which as one pointed out will be awhile as Al's mother is still kicking. Gruden turned Al down when he came a calling until 'Commitment to Excrement' (love that one) gave in stayed out of coaching. Result Gruden turns Gannon into a reasonable facsimile QB, play hard and together, and get to the post season. Al figured it was time to intercede on behalf of his beleaguered players which coincided with being on the cusp of glory and get rid of Gruden - to the TB Bucs. Extra high draft choices and all, Davis reshapes the team in his own image. That's what we're seeing today.

For Bronco fans it's great. I'd like to tell the Fader fans to take heart but that might give them a clue and they start with Greasy Al.

Oh well, gets me 2 six-pack of sodas every year.
