A buddy of mine just sent me this message over AIM.. Don't know if it's been posted, I didn't see anything on the 1st page here about it:
-------
"Onterrio Smith can't seem stay out of trouble. The Vikings' running back, already serving a one-year suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, has been accused of sexual assault by a 21-year-old Twin Cities woman, according to KSTP-TV in Minneapolis. A civil suit was filed today in Hennepin County District Court alleging that Smith and another Vikings player were drinking with the woman on June 12, 2004 when she passed out. The victim alleges that when she woke up, both players were on top of her. The woman has fetal alcohol syndrome.
This alleged crime happened well in advance of Smith's infamous Whizzinator incident, but it's still quite feasible that the league could take further action against him, perhaps even a lifetime ban."
-------
I'm looking for a link right now, hopefully ESPN has something...

Wilf needs to get that team under control. Waive Smith and Fire Tice...NOW.
I'm totally ashamed. Ontario Smith was know as a punk, but you would think that he would manage to last at least one year in the league. The guy racked up three stikes in one year. Now this.
And we have the boating adventure...a 3.5 hour cruise so corrupt, it went back to pier in 40 minutes. Freaking suspend Fred Smoot as well.
I'm fed up with this stupidity. Even the coach was cited for corruption, selling SB tickets. And WTF is it with the freaking pencil in his ear at a damn news conference? Was he going to take notes from the reporters? The guy is a moron.
Don't even talk to me about it. I thought things might improve once Pimp Daddy moved to Arizona and Moss left. I was wrong. Ontario Smith, Smoot, and any other dickhead along with Tice, who is supposed to be running this circus all have to go.
I'm not going to make any excuses. The Vikings used to be a proud franchise. I'm absolutely livid and ashamed to be a fan. 35 year fan, but I'm not going to support such crap. It's a freaking circus. I'm pissed.
You would of thought Tice would of laid the law down a long time ago instead of cleaning his ear wax out with a sharpened pencil. Screw him.
Team has played pathetic. While they were laughing at Denver, they were crowning the HornHeads the NFC crown.
I'm absolutely livid that Wilf hasn't started chopping off heads...I don't know what he's waiting for.
GOD IM PISSED OFF!

Remember when he proclaimed himself the S.O.D. (steal of the draft) well Onterrio I think it has changed to (Stuck on Drugs) (Sick of Dumbass) and a few others that can't be typed here.
Oh how I love the fall of the mighty Vikings, here in Viking land its a great thing to hear people piss and moan.

I think tice has brain damage from 'roids. He's of that era. Haslett too. Funny but DeKnee had a more disciplined team.

The Vikings are like a fine-tuned sports car right now. You can't stop them, you can only hope to slow them down.
I can't remember a coach who has been as overmatched as Mike Tice seems to be. How he is still employed is a complete mystery - and that was before all the crap this year.

Not that I question the validity of the article, check that, I DONT question the article but......... would this really be enough to ban somebody from the league for a lifetime? For god's sake, we've seen some real losers get more chances than good old Wizzinator kid. How would they already come to this decision if he indeed did this?

I think you might be able to ask this question to whomever the league deceided to make the example out of. I mean, we have so many to choose from who should probably have a lifetime ban, probably starting with J.Lewis and Ray.Lewis all the way down to the WizzKid. I do think the NFL needs to tighten up though. It should still be a great privaledge and honor to just be able to play in the NFL, and the way some of these players act on and off the field, they are doing nothing but taking a playing spot away from someone who might appreciate the game a little more.

Damn Mock, your team is coming apart at the seams.
Now this is entertainment. The NFL neeeds to put '6 days till game day' on them all year long. Wonder what kind of rating they'd get?
