Total 1st downs
1. Seattle
2. St. Louis
3. Dallas
4. Cincinnati
5. Phili
6. SD
7. Indy
8. Atlanta
9. Denver

This statistic is holding the Broncos back, because they pick up so many 1st downs without waiting for a 3rd down. Denver should train Bell to run out of bounds on 2nd so we get a chance to improve the most important stat in the NFL.

As you know only good teams, the kind that could dominate the NFC North, can be in the top 10 for 3rd down percentage.
Teams like,
Carolina (4th best)
San Diego (1st)
New Orleans (10th best)
Green Bay (7th best)

Perhaps 3rd down is cursed. Broncos don't have an issue on any other down.

Fourth Downs Completed / Attempted
St. Louis 7/7
Kansas City 6/6
Denver 6/8
Baltimore 4/5
Washington 4/4
Tennessee 3/5
Dallas 3/8
Indy 1/2
New England 1/2
Miami 1/4
Philly 0/2

Good work Garcia. I said this earlier. If your getting the first downs on first or second down then 3rd down conversion means very little.

So does red zone attempts if you score from outside the 20

Oops, red zone scoring has risen every game.....50% against KC and Jax, 100% against Redskins.

So.....what's next? BTW, the NFLites(footballmedia) are REALLY zoned in on that 3rd down thing....I think that'll go all year.
