FYI: The Patriots worked out running back Quentin Griffin on Monday :saywhat: . The Patriots are looking at Griffin because of depth issues at the position and maybe a little sneaky peaky into our playbook.

Never let it be said that Belichick doesn't play every angle. He'll take any edge he can get.

We've got David Terrell to give us the inside track on the Pats playbook. Oh wait, he hasn't been able to figure out the Broncos playbook in the last six weeks. Never mind.

Maybe so, but even if Griffin detailed every single thing he knew, it wouldn't help a hell of a lot.

The Broncos run so many variations out of base schemes you never really know what will come out of it until after the ball is snapped.

Also, the team changes audible calls & snap counts weekly, so that won't help either.

Ironically, Belichick may even recognze some of the offense...Shanahan is well known for copying what's working, and when you win two of the last three Super Bowls...NE's offense is certainly working.

It's debatable if David Terrell can find the clock on the wall, yet alone tell the time. I wouldn't expect any workings of the inner mind from him on Bilichick other than "He hates me..."

Q might be another question alltogether, altho RB's are pretty much just given their assignments and playcalls.

yah, Q probably couldn't give anymore insight into our playbook than Belichick already knows but Q would obviously feel comfortable running against our D since he's seen plenty of it in practice.

I wonder if he signed and played against us if that would burn the bridge he has with us. Then again I'm sure he doesn't care at this point since we've yanked him around so much.

I'm suprised a turf team has never picked him up.
