New England is coming to town this weekend, after our performance today along with the season both teams have had, whats everyone's mindset on this game?

I think todays stinker may help to once again humble us and keep us focused. It is great that we can get a win without making ourselves over confident. Glad to see NE get the win also, would hate to see them come in here on back to back losses.

I think we have a VERY good shot. The team played ugly today and got a win. The rain evens up any game, every time!! We hung on and the D showed me some very promising things. 2 rookies started. Walls was himself, Roc was out, towards then end Paymah was forced into the action and altho made a ton of mistakes, he is a rookie and will learn from them.

Seems Bell may start taking over more carries and eventually the top spot next week. Plummer yet again was not great, but effective. No picks, played smart, face it he isnt an accurate passer, but compund that with raining he was bad.

I cant Wait for next week!!

It's astounding we won.

Very astounding.

I think it's like the first time in a while that Denver won while they had a TOP deficit like that.

Say what you will, but isn't that what New England typically does year after year? They find ways to win even when things aren't clicking on all cylinders. I think we just got past our trap game, and we'll be ready for them. It should be a helluva game.

Not gonna say this is a trap game and such, because I really don't believe in them anyway, but....................

It just shows you don't know what you will get with this team.

New England looked pretty weak agains the Faclons' second string QB. We have a shot, but we better play better than we did today and hope for good weather.

Perfect timing for a team like New England to visit

Pats haven't fully compensated for their injury losses yet...and they will eventually.

Plus, they played a hellish, physical game today & now travel half-way across the continent

Regardless, it will be another pulling-teeth exercise

This is about the way I feel. Travel, plus injuries, plus very tough games are going to catch up to New England next week. Our defense is going to be coming after them like a pack of wild dogs.

We're also going to run on their asses all day long.

Denver is going to take care of NE. I'm really glad they pulled out a total emotional game today. It's going to take a couple of days for them to get their minds on Denver. I think it will be a repeat of the 1986 divisional game. Denver will win 22-17. Rulon Jones will collect a late safety to seal it.

Heh heh. Remember the last time Monty Beisel came to Invesco? Maybe Shanahan should bring back Q.

You know 'Bob...your defense is truely pathetic if you have wistful longings for the great play of Monty Beisel

I've said this before, this years team reminds me a lot of the 96' Broncos team.

The Patriots shouldn't have beat us a few years ago with Danny Kanell at the helm. I'm pumped for this. I'm sorry the Pats aren't fully loaded but I don't care... this comes down to Shanahan vs. Belicheck... and respect. Its time for us to punish these bastards that have been holding our trophy 3 of the last 6 years.

Wistful longings? You are mistaken, sir.

Beisel got run over in the Invesco season opener last season, remember?

I think a Mosi Tatupu fumble late in the game seals the deal for us.

All Denver has to do is keep their cool, and they can win out.

Did you guys realize that the Skins had 28 first downs to our 11...that's amazing!

The defense clamped down when they HAD to. They had the mentality of not giving up the big play, which would have been easy to do with the weather conditions.
