Ok, since we have some “guests” this week, thought I would start a thread that we both get into. Both teams have really good defense, and have chance to be special. The question is there any player on the opponents’ defensive team (Denver and Washington) that would want on our team. Mine would be Sean Taylor. He just a special player, everyone else on skins defense I wouldn’t want.

Taylor is obviously the best talent on the Washington defense. He's a rare breed of safety that comes around once every five years-decade. With his impending legal issues, I am going to go with Cornelius Griffin. Griffin has made huge strides in Gregg Williams' defense since coming over from the Big Apple and I would love to pair him next to Gerard Warren.

I wouldn't mind Lavar Arrington, but what we have going on at Linebacker seems to be working so far... I'll have to get back to you in December on that one...

Who are you referring to, Taylor or Arrington?

I'd take Portis back at a fair discount. Other than that, our best players are on defense and so are theirs so it's not a great team to trade with.

I would take back portis (half price) as well and give the skins bronco billy and 5 gallons of blue paint in return.

Someone call Bronco Billy, he can get us a deal with anybody.
Bang might know how to get ahold of him.

Bronco Billy is looking pretty smart compared to some of the NFL GM this year. (Can anyone say Carl Peterson)

I would also take taylor over anyone else on their D. We need a big, fast, young safety.

I think Taylor is a playmaker but a lot of people around here (I am in Skins country) feel he free lances a lot and doesn't play within the system.

No thanks to Lavar. Id take any of our LBs over him, even Mighty Mouse because he has just been playing out of his head this year.

I like Sean Taylor, but his legal issues seem to be clearly against him. If that is the case, then I would not mind Moss (yes I know we have AL, but he still is a good WR) or Arrington.

To any Redskins fans? I read somewhere that Lavar Arrington isn't starting anymore for you guys. Is this true and what is the story behind it?

Lavar can not play within a system....hence the reason why he doesn't play in DC....I would pass. One player I would take is Jansen....stud RT....
