I can't believe Eagles beat the crap out of the Chiefs in their own backyard. I could not watch the game but the parts I heard about sounded like the Chiefs were just killing them.

It was the first time ever the Chiefs lost in their backyard after being ahead by more than 17 points. (They were up by 18 at one time).

If by "fixing" you mean replacing the cinder blocks under them, I agree.
Honestly Bob, what good does a car do, when its sitting outside, literally in the front yard on the grass, without any tires?
Chief Fan always baffles me.

If they had choked at least that would be something. I don't think they choked I just think they got exposed again. Their defense didn't choke they just suck!!!
I predicted the Chefs would win by 21 and early on I thought I was a genius.... Oh how stupid I am.
There is no more fooling me. They are an 8-8/9-7 team.

Seriously, what are they gonna say this time when they come creeping back to OM!
This might be enough to finally drive Bob clear out of the closet and he'll show up next riding Thunder with a #7 Bronco jersey on (and nothing else) ! :captain:

I think the chiefs are going to lose their next one too. I think it'll be like last year where we beat them so hard that they go into a funk for abbut six games. They win a few but then eventually sink back in around 6-9 wins and never do anything of note despite the media sucking their testicles all preseason. We started the meltdown and I couldn't be happier. The best part is the more they lose the more time off Vermeil gives them so they'll only get crappier.

Its also goes to show what a fluke Vermin is. he isnt in the watered down NFC anymore so for him to think he could take the Chiefs to the Super Bowl just showed he bit off more than he could chew here. lol

There are some franchises that just seem to be in a funk. Look at the Cardinals and the lions (Though the Begals look pretty freaking awesome right now.)

A funk?? I think it's mostly due to bad ownership. Go ahead and throw the Saints in there too.

If the Lions would have stuck with McMahon and use the Harrington pick on an elite defender like Millen wanted to I think we'd see an entirely different team playing out there. McMahon is a better QB than Harrington, Mariucci would have him running the same stuff he had Garcia getting to the pro-bowl with, and McMahon is twice as talented as Garcia. Harrington is just a statue out there, a Jeff George minus the attitude type of JUGS machine, that don't work when you run a modified West Coast offense.

These types of threads cast bad JuJu. You have all forgotten about the NFL karma laws. I'll spare you all the neg rep this time, but I should not be tested in the future. Now run along and take a chief and wipe your raider! ;D

This is so the dingbat Chief fans can come around later and testify about how much Vermiel's former players love him. Of course they love him. Look at this pathetic Wayne Fontesian coaching tactic of vacation time for poor play. Chief fans should be in open revolt. The team is playing like crap and the old man is either too lazy, or too concerned about his popularity, to correct matters.

Well, the Raiders aren't exactly smoking the stat books but we are atleast going in the right direction and getting better every week...
The Cheaps are sliding now bigtime, hell we were close to beating Philly, 3 points in their house and they come back to the Cheaps house and destroy them.
Donks may slide in as a wildcard but the Sparks are gonna rip thru this division I hope I am wrong but they are playing well.

KC press was talking about how good their record was the week after playing in Denver. Maybe they didn't insert the "vermeil" factor, because last year they lost to Carolina.....and 2 years ago they beat Detroit, woo hoo.
It's funny sometimes that the press just falls all over themselves about KC nearly every off-season. Last week Denver won because they were at home (according to the blurbs)....so isn't Arrowhead a HFA any more?

Not when the crowd leaves the game with 7 mintues to go. ROFL! They still had a glimmer of hope but the faithful turned their backs on their team while it was still within reach.

Hmmm, the national media perception is that the KC supporters are hardore diehard fans. Apparently they're a bunch of gutless maggots instead.
