Try this:

or this
RM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rmrecorder-save-Real-stream-to-disk.htm)
the first one is a bit old, so I don't know if it supports the newest RealMedia protocols, and the second one does not work with DRM protected material, plus it will only record the first 2 minutes in the trial version. There may be other tools out there, but those are the two I know. Just try it :)
