DENVER SELECTED FOR FIRST-EVER “FAN OPEN” TO MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
DENVER – For the first time in the 36 seasons of ABC’s Monday Night Football, the network will showcase fans in the home stadium to open the game broadcast. Fans attending the Denver Broncos’ game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, Sept. 26, will open the broadcast for viewers in the United States, Canada, U.S. Armed Forces and 135 other countries around the world.
The Broncos are urging fans to be in their seats by 6:30 p.m. to prepare for the open. All fans will have an orange pom-pom in their seat, and fans seated in the lower level of the east side will be performing a card stunt showcasing the Broncos logo. Fans will rehearse making “Rocky Mountain Thunder” by stomping their feet on the stadium risers, an orange pom-pom wave and the card stunt before doing it live.
There will be fireworks and a video montage of Denver Broncos mascot Thunder running through the city and approaching the stadium. Thunder then will enter the stadium with a large flag that reads “Are You Ready.” A “mystery guest” will lead the crowd in a chant right before the Broncos take the field.
Fans attending the game are encouraged to arrive early and be loud for this historic broadcast event to show everyone watching on television that Denver has the number one sports fans in the country.

Yeah, Stram TALKED nice about the broncs...cause he used to beat them so bad. He was a good coach but liked to run up the score. Kind of like last years 2nd game against KC...passing with a 30 point lead. So roll out his moldy casket and remind the fans what a class guy he was and how he LOVED Denver. That should make them feel the love. :charge:

Hank Stram certainly deserves a spot simply because of his place in history. He was a good man from what I have ever heard. I don't know a ton about him, but I have never heard anything bad about him other than being kinda a smartass. That's just a sense of humor.
First Ballot.
Plenty of teams rubbed Denver's noses into the turf in the 60's and early 70's.
Stram and New York were instumental in getting the AFC into the NFL.

Anyone note the irony when the anti-roids commercial followed the Rock's intro?
(Hulk's a good guy, though. I think the Rock went through U of Mia about the same time as ole miss's new coach - Ogeron - played down there. He's a roider too.)

Hate to break this to you Steve but it's fake. The Rock won because that is what the script called for. Hate to bring the bad news to ya.
I do believe Batman could take Spiderman though.
I realize it's FAKE,I was talking about how the Rock came out at our game vs. Hogan coming out at the KC CHUMPS game, and comparing the fact that the Rock has beaten Hogan both times,in relation to the Broncos possibly beating the KC CHUMPS twice! It was a joke! I watch wrestling just for entertainment! I know it's fake, but it is entertaining! Oh,by the way............GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!

Anyone find a pic of Rock in that Broncos jersey?
Was #1 and they didn't show the back that I saw.
Just curious as what name was on it. (I doubt it said Elam)
..not to mention what a cool avatar that would make

I figured, "he's so roided out, he thought he'd be cool in 'no 1,' but picked a kicker's jersey having no clue."

The real Hogan was @ OF1 and wearing #11 Monday night......
That goof's real name is Terry Bollea, NOT Terry Hogan.
