I could see fining him if there was a flag thrown. But if the officials dont see any foul why does the league take it upon themselves? The league needs to learn whan situations to stick there noses in. THIS is not one of those

Go with the fine. The 15 yard penalty I was ecpecting would've been much worse.

Get ready folks. The league is going to make an example of Denver on Monday Night. The flags will come fast and furious if Denver resorts to their usual holding and cheap O-line tactics.

Get ready folks. The league is going to make an example of KC on Monday Night. The flags will come fast and furious if KC resorts to their usual offensive pass interference and illegal blocks on kick returns.

Every game, every play. Everyone that goes out on a pattern for your team pushes off and arm wrestles. It must be something Vermeil takes with him wherever he goes. Dirty Cheating Chiefs.

What a bunch of crap! Do you know how often Tony Gonzalez gets raped? Practically every pass pattern.

Yeah, right. He just runs right at whoever he thinks is supposed to be covering him then pushes off to the spot where he thinks the pass is going to come. It's an old trick but he's an NFL darling so they let him get away with it. If he didn't cheat he couldn't even make two catches a game tops.

Bronco fans know that the rules don't apply equally to all NFL teams, especially the Chiefs.

We also know that certain NFL teams *cough*COLTS*cough* can get the rules changed in their favor by some constant bitching.

It should have been a penalty. Just feel lucky it wasn't called. Could care less about the fine. I'm sure he's got enough money to pay the fine between the cushions of his couch.

dirty offensive line tactics...UNTIL they say the cut block is illegal, it isnt. EVERY team does it, boob's included. otherwise, the idea of a run game wouldnt happen. Grow up bob.

Here's the deal....NFL Charities has an operating cost...plus a level of expectation that must be met...especially in our current climate. I expect a record amount of fines this year to cover their costs.

I believe he gave Mike Doss a thumb to the eye in your last playoff loss.

Bob you are an a**. Had it not been for the refs giving the Chefs 7 points on Moss's phanton pushoff in the endzone and another PI call that got you into FG range you would have lost. They go both ways, however when they make the difference in the game like your last game or the Dante return in KC couple yaers ago it is a tragedy.

Who cares if Gold got fined? Totally worth it, considering he about swallowed Brees whole on that play.

Bob should work for StarKissed. I'm amazed that he continues to get bites left and right.

I happen to agree with the fine based on what I saw on the replay. Gold may have been going for the ball but he hit Brees in the head with a forearm. Was the fumble prior to the hit ???

Everyone (staff writers) believe the Chiefs will dominate. Anything less should be listed as a loss.

Ya know guys, we are in on-season mode. Put the trolls on ignore, criminy. There's plenty of posts to reply to other than the trolls, eh?

I'll give you one to reply to: Gold should have been fined. It would be wrong to excuse Gold from the parade of goofy flags/fines on "hits" on the QB. Or "brushes", "tickles" however one cares to describe them.

Manning sure hasn't looked good this year. Maybe they have found an answer to him.
