Courtney Brown -- A sack and a fumble recovery

Ian Gold -- A sack

Ron Dayne -- Big carries at the end of the game

Darrent Williams -- A huge return

Gerrad Warren -- A big tackle for loss on LT

Sauerbraun -- Not a bad day for a punter

Thanks to our brilliant offseason moves, we were able to beat San Diego today. Nice

(Imagine the game without these guys today....whooooo, :griese: )

Nice post, Gonzo. I saw more that suggests we're going up than down, but apparently that's not how most of this pessimistic board feels. A win is a win, and our Defense looks awesome.

Make that a sack and forced fumble for Ian :militia:

This could be a big turning point if the offense really did come alive for the season the last two series as did the D after half time.

That D turn around was truly AMAZING!!

Ron Dayne is going to have to start for our team

Anderson looks like he is running in mud

Imagine if we had some draft picks making a contribution on this team

Yep, Dayne has earned more touches next week. Anybody have word on Bell? Is he injured?

They will come, id say Lelie, DW, Pryce, Foster, Wilson, DJ and others are doing a good job at this point.

I heard the only problem with Dayne is that he can't block on passing downs. Whatever that means. I guess he is either really really bad at diagnosing where the pass rush is coming from or he simply doesn't care to do it.

You just can't help yourself, can you bloodsunday? Go pee in another thread or start one of your gems whining about the draft. This thread is throwing props to the players we picked up in FA.

Props to them. They played well for one game.

Pryce will be gone next year most likely.

Lelie, Watts and Tatum are disappointing. Charlie Adams is taking over as the second best option, IMO.

DJ had a good rookie season but hasn't had as much impact thus far this season. I think maybe the position change has hurt him. Foster and D-dub are good players.

Sorry for hijacking...I'll let it go. ;)

I was most pleased to see C Brown make a contribution. I was starting to think he would be a week-to-week excuse like Trevor last year.

Before you go, put this in your crack: From today's Denver Post: "the Broncos lead the NFL with original draft picks or college free agents who have been on the roster since 2000, with eight."

You're a genius. BloodSunday, or is just BS better?

It should also be mentioned that Pryce was back to drawing double teams.

When Brown gets in game shape on the other side we could be looking nasty on the DL.
