Did Watts suit up at all?

Didn't see him on field, too many 3 & outs couldn't see much on TV when were on O. Sure Lelie had a bad game but why didn't they try to go to Watts at all. Adams at least caught a few tough balls late, is he listed #3 now?

He's the 4th Wide out right now. He was lucky to be active. Although I think that honor should go to Lelie next week.
