Only one of those teams had a winning record last year. Jax.
I guess it could be safe to say that they will be 7-0 at their bye week.

No joke. Peyton goes down and their team is screwed. Sometimes teams play over their heads, too.

7-0?
Yes, they are 20 seconds from beating the Ravens 24-0, then add six more wins to that and it equals 7. Basic math. :dummy:
Well 24-7 now with like 8 seconds left.

with the way their schedule "surprisingly" aligned for them, it would be a total melt down if they didn't get home field advantage
and surprise...the superbowl is in a dome as well.......wow, funny how that 'worked' out for them

after how much they cowed down to the Colts last year
then you have Tags taking a couple games off a suspension of a player on the colts (due to a gun charge)
then you add in the sweet schedule
then you add in the fact Tags knows offense sells tickets and Colts are full of offense
yeah I kinda am hinting at something here ;)

The Colts didn't look THAT impressive. They were just able to turn it on late in the game.

If Tags is gonna rig it, he'll rig it for the Saints just like he did the Pats in 2001.

The Colts won a game on the road playing out of character. The defense, not the offense, was their strength last night. That was a game this Denver team could not have won in 10 tries. I think that was the most impressive game I could have seen from the Colts short of being the Pats.
The difference between the Broncos and championship contenders like Indy is games like this one. The Colts were able to grind it out and find a way to win despite playing in a hostile situation and not firing on all cylinders. The defense picked up the offense. Denver usually winds up on the wrong end of those games, much like we did yesterday. We were in that game well into the 3rd quarter despite looking like crap. Instead of rising to the equation and finding a way to win, we cracked.
What makes it even more impressive was that it was not just your average game. It was opening day, Sunday night, on the road. The Ravens wanted to make a statement and played as hard as they were capable of playing. The Ravens gave them nothing, they earned it all the way.
My hat goes off the the Colts for that win. It was damn impressive.

Yeah Tags is doing a hell of a job for the Saints. A nice home game against the Giants in NJ. ::) Was Buffalo playing at home or what???

Doesn't get much more impressive than beating the Ravens at their house at their own game.

why? 7 of the 10 playoff teams whom played non playoff teams lost yesterday. the only winners were 3 of what I'd call the big four(patriots, eagles, colts, steelers).
but yes indy in general looked very good against the ravens.
