Being that todays game is AWAY here is a look at some of your local bars and how they are ranked, you can vote on it too.

Most of you are from the Denver Area so heres how they stack up....

1. Sports Column

i'm in the tampa area and i see my favorite bar Winner's grill isn't listed in the top 20 that kinda sucks, however i'll still be there today

Best bar in Denver is mobile. It's never in the same place but you can usually find it in space #31 on the south side. ;D Today it will be in Parker at a huge Broncos bash! If there are any last minute Broncos fans who need a place to watch the game drop me a pm. We're leaving in about an hour.

Yeah, but dude. Do you wash that pole often? (The one on the bus sickos). I will not touch that thing until I wipe it down with an anti-bacterial wipe. By the way, do they make anti-viral wipes yet?

I've heard of that place...I live over in Clearwater on the other side of the bay.

I go to a place called McDuffys here in Phoenix. Great atmosphere, and good food. Me and my friend went there almost every week last year.

Yeah I've seen a few of them around here. It was sweet last year going to school with my Bronco's T-shirt after we beat the Bucs LOL

We should get some of the Tampa area Bronco fans together and meet up at a local sports bar during the season, I'd love to get together with a bunch of fellow orange maners!!

that would be cool Winner's grill is a good spot, the manager there is really cool but i'm flexible i might not go there today since the game is coming on TV.

I tried to start a post in the off topic forum seeing if we can get some people together, but it wouldn't let me start a new thread, guess that bug still isn't fixed.

Obviously it's too late to do it for this game, but maybe in the future we can get something together.

Hey Crush Girl,

I’m in the Clearwater/Largo area myself (technically Largo, but I tell everyone Clearwater since they generally know where that is) and am trying really hard to get something together between a bunch of Bronco fans.

As far as location, nothing has been determined yet. I’ve had a few sports bar recommended to me, so we may do that…or if someone has one of the TV packages where you can catch the Broncos games that wouldn’t normally be broadcast here and would be willing to host a party at their house, we may do that also.

Is your dad on this site? If not, just have him send me an email (FordRacer86@Tampabay.rr.com), or pm me and I’ll send you my phone number that you can pass along to him and I will keep him informed when things become more definite!

Unfortunately, my dad is very behind the times (and too stubborn to learn) and doesn't do email...but if you keep me posted, I will surely let him know!

Also, I know what you mean about the Clearwater/Largo thing...I always say Clearwater because people hear "Largo" and automatically think you're talking about the Keys. I actually went to Largo HS my freshman year, 1994...know the area very well!

Oh, and since this IS a thread about Denver's best sports bar...my vote goes to Sports Column but I heard Choppers is a great place to watch KU games, so come basketball season, my vote may change :)

I go to Largo High school now...senior year for me here! Talk about a small world. I guess Mrs. Thornton was still the principal then? She left last year for a job in the county administration building.

How funny, my sister just graduated last year...Rachael Katlic, maybe you know her? Small world, totally! I played soccer for Coach Mortham (sp?).

I don't remember who was the principal was at the time, I was always getting in trouble for wearing my shorts too short so I didn't like any of them ;D

I didnt know Rachel personally, but I know who she is. Mortham is still around and coaching soccer I believe.

I used to always get in trouble with the principals for being late to class and having the loud exhaust on my Mustang :D
