Yeah, no surprises. Still, it makes you think. When someone that age dies in that manner, I always have a hard time believing it - nothing more than denial, really. People just aren't supposed to die at that age, or so it seems. It's almost easier to believe that there is an underlying cause, as in, "Well, he did that, and I don't do that, so I don't have anything to worry about."

A sad deal. I hope his family is coping okay.

dang, I'd think the teams would test guys for heart blockage? I recall that the Rox pitcher who died had something not normally showing up on physicals.

Oddly enough...many of things we all accept as health fact can't be proven in a cause/effect relationship...at best there exists a correlational one...Lung cancer from smoking cigs is an obvious example. But he's an example of it can all end at any time, and we need to make many moments as though they are our last.

That said is there any better way to go? On field at Mile High after a football game, if you have to script it those of us here would probably dig going out that way! Only other thing I can think of that would top that would be after an Orgy with a bunch of hot chicks...but I digress...I don't mean any disrespect here only dreaming about the perfect exit...

Coronary artery disease, this young? I would have bet the farm on hypertrophic subaortic stenosis.... the only 20-ish people ive seen with bonafide coranary artery disease were coke-heads and steroid users... and one guy with progeria (sp?)
