Rueben is running VERY, very well... and MA posing as a first teamer makes me wish he were still here... sigh, come on Bell/Dayne.

How about posting something when ANYONE plays better?
Or, how about rooting for all our roster backs to be successful?

Ron Dayne has smoked him. Tatum Bell has played at least AS good.
If MA starts and plays very well, you wont find anyone happier than me. I want them all to be successful, I just dont have much faith in Mike. For the fiftieth time, I would LOVE for him to prove me wrong, just as SoCal would love for Gold to prove him wrong.
The end. AGAIN.

Dayne hasn't played against first teamers so he hasn't done anything yet.
And as far as the end "AGAIN", I won't bring up your erroneous take on MA anymore UNLESS, you keep dissing him (or I happen to be in the mood :)

Dilfer might turn some heads this year. Overall I think the Browns have a solid WR core and some good backs to help him out.

I've seen him with one reception only...He was in motion out of the slot, and ran a drag and Garcia dumped it off to him on 3rd and 5...Mike picked up 13 yards...The next play was intended for him but, it was incomplete...

Frye? He is the reason I don't think Browns will draft Leihart.

Charlie Frye will be starting by 2006 or at the start of 2006. I was hoping we would draft him....he has 'it'. His passes are not the prettiest, but he just makes plays.
They have some talent at WR with Antonio Bryant, who I think has mad skills, Braylon Edwards, Northcutt, and Andre Davis (unless they trade him). Toss in guys like Frisman Jackson and UDRFA Brandon Rideau from Kansas and they are pretty stacked at WR. If Kellen Winslow Jr. would have not hurt himself, they would have another weapon to go to. Shea and Heiden can catch the ball though at TE.
The rookie Josh Cribbs they have is an intriguing prospect. He was a star QB at Kent State in the MAC conference. They converted him to KR/WR and he looks damn good returning kicks.
Their line should be better this year. Guard play was a weakness, but they got Andruzzi and Coleman and both are upgrades. That should help Faine develop at center.
I look for Suggs, Droughns, and Green to split a lot of carries at RB. They really like Suggs, but he can never stay healthy long enough to depend on.

Frye should be a good player, my only problems with him is that has small hands and sometimes have problems securing the ball, and he arm is alright but not special. I wonder what happen when the wind comes of the lakes and he has to pass in it.

Like I said his passes may flutter and float once in a while, but he just gets the ball where he needs to. He can play in cold weather he played at Akron. Being a great QB is not all about having a rocket arm and throwing a perfect looking pass. Frye has all the intangibles. The Browns got a steal.

It not his passes that concern me, but rather when he is tackle/sacked that he might be able to hold onto the ball, could also be a problem on the snap. Just the potential for alot of fumbles.
