OMG are they ever nasty ..... so many HBs start tatum use mike for change of pace and short yardage most peeps online seem to not know you are allowed to run the ball LOL most think its arena ball .... 3 wrs + 90 speed + jerry .... then on D is the KILLER part ...
3 LBs all 89 speed gold wilson DJ ... 4 !! cb that are + 90 speed and thats pretty much the woop cuz all fools seem to wana do online is run steaks and theres just no way to get behind em for the most part .... walls covers their physical WR ... pretty festive .... im like 22 and 10 so far and only given up 9 points a game ... they are KILLER ...

Record so far is 4-1, the only loss to Philly. Beat Indy, Pit, Turds, & Falcons. Shut down Vick. D is much improved from Madden 05. Bell finally given the break-away speed and awarness. Ran all over the Raiders but Plummer threw 4 picks, still need to master the vision cone thing. Bootlegs finally work. Still no respect for Watts though, use Rice as 3rd receiver.
Overall better, though marginally, from 05 version.

im a master of defense in my franchise about 12 user picks through 6 gmaes and porbably about 8 other picks(on all madden)

I suck with the QB vision. Irs hard bt i still do well on Defense and always keep the games close. Im like at .500 record.
What I do is flood the area that Plummer is supposed check down to first with hot routes and motions. That way if the 1st option isn't there then I don't have to adjust the cone to the other side of the field. That will come after I master passing in the cone first.

little tip guys ... with the cone ...... i learned this trien to pump fake the othernight ......... IF you hike the ball ... and GRAB the Right trigger as soon as you hike the ball and keep it held ... no matter where your cone is as long as you DOUBLE tap the button you wana throw to the cone will move on the first tap and release to that guy on the 2nd ..... SO pre snap i hold R and hit A to set the cone in mid of field ... hike grab R and taptap to guy you want its WAY ez verse moven the right stick .....
hope this helps but seems to be killer its like your looking of the db every pass .

Seems you are using the Xbox version. Don't know how that translates to PS2 users.

Good point TD. I do the same thing. Before I snap I pick the receiver I want to go to first, and as soon as I get the hike, I hold R so I can change the cone if needed.
I need to get Live, and soon.
PS2 Version...........
Hold down R2 after Hike.
This should keep the cone in the middle of the field.
Look to which reciever you want to throw to.
Let's say Rod Smith is the "O" (Circle) button.
Press "O" once, then quickly again but this time letting go of R2.
This is how it was explained at a Madden Site, so don't shoot the messenger if it dosen't work for you.

Keeping on The whole Madden '06 thing. I was wondering if anyone was having issues with the game freezing up. Basically about 5 times while trying to get a game going against a friend of mine. I would try the Fk FB HB toss after the fake the game would presumably freeze and then I would have to start the game over again. I was looking for a bug site but have yet top fully find one of them either.
