Indy over whatever turd the NFC serves up....The NFC was so poor last year but it is tough to say what it will look like this year. My best guess would be Carolina. Still has a nasty D if Peppers and Jenkins stay healthy. Colbert should only get better and Steve Smith is back to pair up with a solid Rod Gardner. Drafting Eric Shelton should give them some excellent depth behind oft injured Foster and possibly Nick Goings. I think they will be the best of the worst over in the NFC at this point.

Much love for Peyton Manning in this thread, I like it :)
No way the Vikes make it, not with Tice as the coach. You expect him to make half-time adjustments?
I'm taking Colts over the Eagles until further notice.

And after the game when the media asks him whether his arrest and subsequent missing of the game was the reason the team lost, he replies, "They hated on Jesus back in the day too".

Negotiations for the next TV deal would require the NFL to pay the networks to televise the games like CART has to do to get their races on TV.

Well, lots of trendy picks this year.
Indy still doesnt have any defense, hence they wont even make it.
Philly has, hmm, not really sure what they have anymore. Didnt keep track of their offseason because quite frankly, I dont give a rats ass about the NFC.
Really, non homerish, Denver over whoever wins the NFC. This is their year. I know, I said it last year, and the year before, but I said it in 97 and 98 too and was right then. Im bound to be right again.

I agree with Big Guy.
Denver over CAR. Carolina has had a quieter offseason but has picked up quality improvements in four positions Ken Lucas, Rod Gardener, Mike Wahle, and Tupe Peko. Remember they lost 3 of their five starters on the OL before Camp was over last year. Wahle and Peko are good G/T's that improve their talent.
The Season ending injuries to Steve Smith, Stephen Davis, Deshaun Foster (AL Wilson can hit UCLA boy!), Kris Jenkins, and Adam Timmerman Retiring in camp were too much early in the season to overcome but they were 6-2 down the stretch and missed the playoffs by that loss to NO. Everyone but Timmerman and Davis are back from Injury and they had a solid draft to fill some need holes with Thomas Davis at Safety, Eric Shelton @ RB, and Evan Mathis @ G. I also liked their DL additions in Attiyah Ellison and Jovan Haye.
Broncos, can not pick against them, enough said.
I see the loss of Sauerbrun coming back to haunt CAR as he consistently booms kicks for S. Smith to fair catch as Rouen shanks a few wounded ducks to Darrent Williams who takes one to the house and has 160+ total return yds. Then, after the game, Sauerbrun gets kicked off the team for soliciting a transexual prostitute and Ernster gets a well deserved promotion from kickoff specialist to full time punter.

I'm inclined to say it again but instead I will say KC over Carolina.

The HornHeads won't make it. They should of drafted BMW instead of Williamson, who isn't any better than Watts at holding on to the ball.
I honestly have no clue. I honestly think New England has lost too much this offseason. Losing Ty Law, both coordinators, Brushi and Johnson is probably too much to absorb.
I don't think Pennington is over his shoulder issues for the Jets.
I think Denver has a window, but their secondary is so green sans Bailey and Lynch, who is a step slow. I think Denver has a shot, but only if everything jells.
Dallas might surprise some people. I think Bledsoe has another year or two in him more than Testesverde, if they can just protect him.
Let's throw this against the barn. Denver 31, Philly 30.
The Chiefs will get no where near the super bowl. You actually need a heart to play in that game and make it through the playoffs.

Peyton Manning throws for 5 touchdowns and 400 plus yards and is named the super bowl MVP.
