I went to help open up a new business for the company that I worked for previously in North Texas. I stopped at a gas station on the service road off of the major highway through the area while I was on my way to work at about 6am. I pulled in with my white pickup truck and was immediately accosted by about 20 Illegal guys jogging at half speed towards my truck. They started jumping in the back of my truck and getting ready for me to take off. They must have realized by the frightened look on my face that I was not there for day labor!

When illegal aliens come in and perform any job, even the ones legitimate Americans don't want it undermines the wages in this country and drives the wages down.

You make it sound like they can do it legally. No they can't. If they go to the INS office, unless it's an amnesty time, they are deported and cannot reenter the US for 10 years. Well there in lies the problem. MOST of them are here to support their families and school their children. The government goes to work sites and deports THESE illegal aliens. Not the ones in the park that are SELLING the drugs. And if the ones that sell the drugs are caught and deported, they have drug money to come back. Back in the Mid 70's there was a certian small farmer outside of Brighton Colorado , well he would hire illegals to harvest his crop , give them food and shelter , and tell them they get paid when the cops are harvest , before the the money from the crops came in , he would call immagation and turn them in . I think everyone can laugh at humor that my be racist, such as pollack jokes, this was making fun of peoples desperation. Sure we'd laugh at it if it were white guys because that rarely happens. At the homeless shelters which are 95% filled with white people, when the van from the temp jobs pulls up to give these people a chance to work and possibly get a permanent job, there's no one there. There are plenty that do fill out applications and get the minimum wage jobs doing what we would be paid much, much more for. The producers of the video acknowledge their racist attitudes (American Racists), and the humor (him taking them to INS and giving them a rough ride in the truck) is inextricably linked to his racist attitudes. Although he compliments their work ethic, in the same breath he sees them as over-breeding people and at least his antics might help reduce their breeding (although he states it in slightly different words). Look, I'm not saying we close the borders. I realize there is a place for some people in this country who will work for next to nothing. But why can't we make sure that these people came here legally and we know who they really are?

Obviously you've missed some of the posts. Yes illegals do pay ALL the taxes when they work. The are given a tax ID number by the government (imagine that) and file income tax at the end of the year.They are not allowed to take the earned income tax credit or the qualifying child tax. Yes there are some who use false ss numbers. But they still pay taxes under those numbers. And yes, most cannot provide birth certificates and don't have to because the companies that hire them know they are illegal. There are a bunch of companies that prefer illegals because they can pay them the low wages. They are the ones that work the crap jobs and most work at least 2.

The reason most legals get low paying jobs is because they refuse to learn English. The other is like all others they have to start at the bottom and rise up. Do you know how much we as Americans pay when these "legals" come over here? We pay for their housing, their food, their medical care for a minimum of 8 months and most long after that, plus they are worked with extensively to find a job.

As far a diseases and TB, that's laughable. Those stats are involved in my job and the majority of TB and other communicable diseases are passed by ex-cons (most of which are Americans) and the homeless, which is a whole other story. Seems to me that some of you have just found a group of people that you choose to judge, ala the Klu Klux Klan without having all the facts. There are many more Americans that do just what you have talked about, but I guess because they are legal they are excused from any responsibility for what they cost the rest of the American public for their laziness and feelings that the rest of us owe them something.
