The other day I walked into a Waldenbooks at a local mall and I immediately directed my attention to the magazine rack and noticed a football magazine with a Bronco on the cover wearing 26! I couldn't believe it! Tatum Bell is on the cover of the 2005 Fantasy Football Index. On the cover, the magazine reads, "Why Denver's Tatum Bell is the key to your draft". When you flip to the Table of Contents, it reads, "Running Back Ratings: Tatum Bell is our No. 3 pick at running back (No. 4 on our overall draft board). He may last until the second round in many drafts, but we aren't willing to wait that long".

I'm happy as long as they don't stick him on the cover of SI.

I am a little ticked off by that magazine. The secret is out. I was hoping to draft Tatum in the second round of my drafts, but now I'm even considering using even a second overall pick on him!
-What round and pick do you think Tatum will go in drafts with no other Bronco fans?
-With one other Broncos fan?
-Broncos fans only?

Fantasy Footballs Rags were touting Denver running backs last season. Even when they didn't know who it would be. Just said, regardless, take one.
And for Zach's enlightment, fantasy mags aren't "media". Those are about players who will score. Period.

A lot of mags like that use regional covers. Whatever teams region you're in, you'll get a cover with one of their players on it.

This was my first thought, thats how most of those mags are but seeing the same one on the website made me question that. Who knows.

Ya, seeing the Bronco cover on the website made me suspect it wasn't a regional niche case.

Just watch Shanahan give the starting nod to Mike Anderson ... until week 10 or 11 ...
It's no wonder FF analysts hate him. :)

Dude I live on the east coast and all my junkie Fantasy Football geek friends are foaming at the mouth for him. Secret has been out and in fact last year in my draft he went in the 6th round. If I were drafting I would definitely think about drafting Julius Jones too. Who ever will be Denver's runningback will go early in the draft.
One fantasy magazine that came out had Bell as the 4th back you should draft, after LT, Alexander and somebody else.
